Eren doesn’t seem very durable but he heals his body incredibly fast and potentially faster than any other Titan shifter. Spoilers: Erens durability seems to improve though after obtaining the War Hammer. During the battle in Shingashina he fights off both Porco and Reiner while receiving several headshots from Anti Titan Artillery.
I feel like that could be more attributed to his healing than his durability. The Warhammer seems like the only other titan shifter with superior healing to the Attack Titan. Eren's Warhammer/Attack Titan hybrid was still getting injured just as easily, but it was getting up time and time again after repeatedly getting it's head blown off. A healing feat that not even the Attack Titan seemed capable of.
Based on the fight against the warhammer titan I think the AT has the most durability behind the cart titan. Noticed how surprise everyone was when Eren was able to transform 3 times and his titan appeared to be at full power.
@@Mannybass what you are talking about is his endurance, not durability. endurance measures how long he can stay in titan from/how many time he can shift while durability measures how many hits he can take before his titan form gets totaled

the thing about the punches reminded me of a fight a saw once. The guy was a true fighter through and through he loved it. So, while I was with him in the parking lot outside my school some dude who had beef with him came up and no joke he stood up and punched him so hard that he broke three of his fingers and their knuckles and pulled a tendon. The guy he punch suffered a fractured skull, two blood vessels popping making his eyes go red (and later brown) a black eye, made him unconscious, a fractured tooth, and a broken jaw. Needless to say I made a note to not get into a fight with him.
Eren does free Annie, however (SPOILER WARNING) He doesn't free her by using Porco. When Eren took control of the Founding Titan, he undid every titan hardening, which destroyed the walls since they were just hardened titan skin, as well as Reiner's armor and Annie's crystal

One thing that is easy to miss is that Hange only kicked the Titan after she killed it. She noticed that not only was it very light but it was also filled with gas. However titans normally aren’t dead so when fully formed this gas is actually almost pressurizing there body from the inside. I’m no physicist but considering just how hard there skin is I would imagine that this would only further increase their strength. And a fun little side note is that despite how bad Reiner is at using the Armored Titan he actually uses this steam radiating through his titan form to full affect. During his charge of wall Maria you actually see him venting out steam through his mouth after smashing through the gate, and again when Eren had him pinned to the ground during their bout in season 2. Both times he was specifically choosing to vent out steam at the perfect time. He let steam build up inside of his titan body to increase his strength and speed before releasing it after breaking the gate. And against Eren he was probably venting out steam that had been building up throughout the fight to try and relax his form and wiggle out of Eren’s grip. Really a small detail and I could very much be wrong but it’s head cannon to me until proven otherwise.
15 meter high giant that has a stricking power of 500 tons and can probably move and react almost as fast as the speed of sound, plus he is able to control other giants and make giant spikes harder than steel come out of the ground. imagine trying to face that as a regular human with a rifle

Regardless it is clear that Eren has mastered his Attack titan to the point where his endurance-level is one of (if not THE) highest of all the titan shifters we now of

With heavy memories, and roughly knowing harsh times are coming, his composure surpassed theirs by far. Basically, he chased the War Hammer just to not have to face it later. Bonus taken, but he saw how much the power was stamina consuming, so he won't be using it to full potential, having enough fighting skills already with the hardening and the overall decent statistics of the Attack Titan.
We can basically say for the size of his body his strength is really really impressive, if Eren's titan was hypotethically human sized he'd be able to launch humans n shit or lift heavy af stuff

I'm glad you enjoyed the video. Not sure how many vids I could make on AoT characters since some of them are around the same level (Annie should have almost the exact same stats as Eren in most departments, for example), but a tier list would be kinda fun actually. That's something I think I'll do eventually so thanks for the idea.
It's a good thing to note that the name "attack titan" can be described in two ways, that is attack power and his resilience(attack showed in the vid) I don't mean durability, but if you look closely that Eren has slightly faster healing even compared to other titan shifters, Annie prolly has around the same healing, another thing to note is that most titan shifter can't remake a new titan after the second one or else they'd be pretty worn out, but Eren, excluding the fact he had to fight multiple titans shifters and regen from canons, have made entirely new Titans mid-fight, which shows his resilience thus having the name "attack titan" which would also make sense that he has low durability but able to get back up due to his regen and amount of times he can shift, which if you think about all those times he managed to fight seemingly impossible odds was just pure titan mechanics and not plit armour

It's a good thing to note that the name "attack titan" can be described in two ways, that is attack power and his resilience(attack showed in the vid) I don't mean durability, but if you look closely that Eren has slightly faster healing even compared to other titan shifters, Annie prolly has around the same healing, another thing to note is that most titan shifter can't remake a new titan after the second one or else they'd be pretty worn out, but Eren, excluding the fact he had to fight multiple titans shifters and regen from canons, have made entirely new Titans mid-fight, which shows his resilience thus having the name "attack titan" which would also make sense that he has low durability but able to get back up due to his regen and amount of times he can shift, which if you think about all those times he managed to fight seemingly impossible odds was just pure titan mechanics and not plit armour
