How come your not keeping a beat bobbing your head

It’s the first time hearing the song in my life. Unlike some reactors, I go into these 100% blind. It’s hard to keep the beat when you don’t know what’s coming next. I tend to air drum off the beat all the time. It doesn’t help that I am painfully uncoordinated 🤪
