Time for Tea with Zina, a Vascular Science STP

Hello everyone, I hope everyone's having a nice snowy Sunday! I spoke with Zina last week, she's a 1st year Vascular Science trainee based at University Hospitals Birmingham who is currently being redeployed to support ITU. Zina got onto the STP on her first application post-undergrad; she didn't have loads of experience in clinical vascular science but had done lots of extra-curricular things during her degree (and obviously had loads of theoretical knowledge!). Vascular is a smaller specialism but if you want a really patient-facing role with lots of variety then it's definitely one to look into! I've done a previous video with a Cardiac Science trainee (Ffion) - as you can only apply for 1 specialism, if you're interested in both it may be worth watching the other chat too.
