If you want a bike to enjoy when ridden fast, and has a finish that will last longer than a month if you actually use it, then the Suzuki. If you are one of the people that buys a bike like modern people buy a car, IE whether it has a blue tooth connection or not rather than how it drives, then the Kawasaki. Honestly I don't hear enough about Kawasaki's shoddy modern finish, out of my pack of mates 4 of them have Kwaki, a Z900, two SX1000s, and a H2. We ride all year around and the Kawasaki are all looking hideous, with paint coming off, fasteners rusty, not tommention the H2 blew it's shock out after just 6k miles. A shocking display of rubbish finish. Meanwhile the 'budget' Suzuki in the group is still mint after 8 years.
@@MrLilredmachinecouldn’t disagree more. Rode a z1000sx and a mt10 yam through all types of horrendous weather, salt covered roads, over 3 years. Other than the odd bolt getting a little rusty both came up like new when they were cleaned, where as my friends on a GSXR 1000 and the other on a V-strom wouldn’t have got scrap value for their bikes, they were so corroded.
@@covertlaugh1958 what does a GSX1000 have to go with a V-strom and a GSXR? The GSXs were the first bikes built in Suzuki's new plant with different finishes and processes. I didn't say 'all Suzuki's' did I?
No. In short. It is truly an excellent motorcycle, but a tourer? A tourer - by its very nature - tours. The screen has no adjustment and is less than effective, and the option to add touring equipment - ie panniers etc makes it too expensive. Furthermore, the pillion seat and grab handles are aesthetically pleasing but not comfortable on a long run, even for the more padded of posteriors. Had it been in the same price bracket as the Ninja 1000sx (which is still not as good for touring as my previous bike - the Tracer 9GT) then I would have picked the Suzuki in a shot as its performance and looks are world class.

Would like you opinion on which one is better for long rides the Suzuki or Kawasaki.
Considering the prices of bikes these days and the value Suzuki brings to the market, I'm okay with them going their own pace.
electronic suspension ? is there 6 imu ?
@yusabayrakoglu3824 hey, no to those. The video will help as well. Thanks
Is it possible to put a center stand? 🤔
Hello mate. Yes you can get them now. Motea do one, might be others as well. Cheers 🍻
@@Revviews what is the brand?

Hi sir is it possible to sit on seat furture back for much more leaning and sporty riding position or seat always push u forward ? And the second question is , does the bike feel heavy? On twisty roads i like to lean my body out from bike left or right , does it possible on this bike? Im currently using 2022xsr900 and twisty road is very easy with my bike and i can sit on seat furture back and the seat give me permission for it, it doesnt push me front as 2021 mt09 did...what about gsx s1000 gt?
Hi Volkan, thanks for your message and for watching. I would say it's a neutral riding position. Fairly upright but still fun. I am tall with long arms but found it very comfortable. Easy to chuck around the corners. Might be a little heavier than your XSR but when on the power it feels aglie. There is a fair bit of room on the seat to move forward and back. Hope that helps. Cheers 🍻
@@Revviews thanks a lot , if the seat will allow me to the sit back and if i can lean forward sporty position it will be amazing i like 30/40 degrees angle rising position most im 188 cm tall...
Wheres the Ninja SX review?
Had to take a break from things. Lots of life things happened all at once. Hopefully getting back into it soon
Nice intro
Thanks mate
Some say its buzzy, some say its nearly buzz free! What was your impression?
I wouldn't call it buzzy personally, the engine has a lovely growl to it, but its very smooth. One of those, have to try things. Cheers 🍻
@@Revviews I used to have the Ninja 1000sx and i could isolate the high frequency vibrations (buzz) through the bars but not the right footpeg and my foot got numb regularly. I guess as you say its a try before you buy question. Thans though. great review and editing.
Why no centre stand and heated grips.
To keep the costs down, would be my guess. Cheers 🍻
Is it possible to turn off QS?
It's a good question mate. Off the top of my head I think so yes in the menu system. Cheers 🍻
@@Revviews thank you from SERBIA
Ninja 1000sx for me all day long
Might get to review one of those this year. Cheers 🍻
Hi what is the name of the intro music please.
Hi Ricki, found it for you. Its called "Just Breathing" by Neffex. Can be found on the TH-cam Studio Audio library and its free. I used just the track without vocals. It's also on Spotify. Cheers 🍻
@@Revviews Thanks and have a merry Christmas
@Ricki Baran same to you and yours mate. Merry Christmas
This is Suzuki’s version of a Ducati super sport S
It's a great well priced machine for sure. Cheers 🍻
Gart bike I have the gsx s1000 naked
My 1000 is Triton blue
I'm torn between the Suzuki and the Kawasaki sx1000.
Hey, you test them both already? Is a tough choice.
The Kwak feels like a significantly more premium bike
Can you leave sometimes the bike to tell what you want to say and turn the conversation for a moment or two.
@@DerinFilipov-x6t ?
No.
Hey thanks for watching and your thoughts always good to have multiple opinions as that make the community. Cheers 🍻
