      It can get confusing.

      And my running lights have a white wire do I have to ground it? If so, can I just use a screw and attach it to fibreglass?

      @@RobTheRebuilder I had the exact same question, thank you for all your tips and tricks with this.
      Do you ever add your parts that you order as a link to your videos you post?
      Thank you again for the great videos!

    I found it far better to route wires inside the trailer so there are no issues with frayed wires

    In previous videos you mentioned using butyl tape to seal the windows. Do you prefer that tape over putty tape? If so, why?

    • @RobTheRebuilder
      @RobTheRebuilder  3 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      I don't know what putty tape is. They used butyl tape from the factory and still use it today so thats why I use it.

      I went to home depot, they didn't have eighter ,so I guess I'll caulk

      @@cheloagain7228 To caulk or not to caulk, there is the question.

      @@RRCRDA777-55 Caulk will dry out and shrink and eventually create leaks. People use it because it's easy. The butyl tape works better in the long run, but more time consuming to install.

      Do you have a video about trailer brakes and 4 prong versus 7 prong? I saw another video about the brakes we're at the end the guy Jim I think his name was, said four-prong will not control breaks. My 1968 Aristocrat Lo liner has brakes but has a four prong connector. So I'm assuming the brakes don't work? I just got it.
