I hope that you added some lint modification to the filter. The coils get lint on them eventually due to the lint getting passed the top/bottom and rear of the filter.
BS on the delivery. Have them replace the unit or give you a substantial discount refund for the Dents and Dings. They also should have leveled the feet for you. You can do it with a little help. No need for shims.

wait till the 1 year mark, then you'll see the problems after warranty is up.
