Manni, the best part about these builds are, as an experienced motorcycle mechanic, I can easily see and appreciate your attention to detail. You're not just a parts retailer haphazardly bolting parts on a new bike with little clue. It is refreshing to hear you stop and take a moment to mention details: thread pitch, taking time to align front wheel, using proper criss-cross pattern when applying torque to bolts, etc. Bravo to you, Sir.
Awesome work, Love it! Would absolutely love to get that kit with wheels and brakes for my 2022 R1M But unfortunately the conversion from AUD to USD puts them way out of my price range!
Hi Mani. I really love watching your videos their always so awesome and so many beautiful bike's. Every bike is so tastefully done. Just awesome how beautiful all the bike's are with such amazing aftermarket parts set's your builds above from all the rest. I can tell you are such a great guy and such a great person. You sure know your stuff and know so much about all the amazing bike's and your aftermarket parts so well. If i had the money i sure would love for you to do what you do best and customize a bike for me. Thanks so much for such interesting information about such beautiful parts that are on all the bike's you have partaken in just absolutely so awesome. Keep the great videos coming can't get enough of them, just love watching them so much. Ride safe and God Bless buddy.
Great upgrade, I was planning to purchase the same calipers for my R1. But I was told that it's recommended to remove (bypass) ABS when replacing OEM calipers or master cylinder, because the ABS is optimized for specific calipers/master cylinder. What is your opinion, what would you recommend, the bike is driven on the street mainly and occasionally on track? Leave the ABS or remove it?
Just did some very similar work, mounting up my Beringer X Galfer set up. I really like those red MotulMillion racing decals up front! 😂 keep goin bro #BigUp !
I've watched this video maybe 10 times. I bought GP4 RX calipers and Brembo 19 RCS Corta corta. The Fren tubo custom brake pipes just arrived and I'm ready to install everything on my R1. It looks like you were able to install everything just by removing the front wheel. I've also seen other videos showing how to replace the front brake lines for an R1 and they literally took half the bike apart, removing the front cover, side covers, tank and air box, even the radiator to make some room. If you can give me some advice I will appreciate it.
Man , great to see you coming this far with the beast... Actually am a bit new to your channel, i joined with the R1 series, and Don't know much about what you do with bikes after completely modifying them... If it is possible then please provide us with a video with this bike's top speed ( gps speedometer ) or any drag race with bmw or Ducati... Great video.. 🔥❤️
@@Motomillion no kidding thanks Mani if you don’t mind could I email you about upgrading my brake system and suspension? I building a track bike and I’ve just bought the 2023 zx10rr.
@@Motomillion I run the 19 Corsa Corta with GP4-RX on my ZX14R , and a RCS17 with same calipers setup on my '12 Busa streetbikes , both with 6mm 330mm Braketechs Axis rotors , the Corsa Corta adjustment gives back great feel , even with the 17 RCS , they are great street brakes . Great watching your builds Mannie .
Same reason as Mani mentioned in the video. The RX is the top of the line caliper that has dual piston seals, which makes it suitable for street use. RR has single seal per piston which is not intended for street use.
@@Motomillion I'm planning on a 50-50 race and street bike. I've the money and the time to take care of calipers regularly. Is it worth investing on gp4 rr, I want to race in the national events....
Dang just the new wheels and Brembos cost more than lots of brand new complete motorcycles! Just seems like to me? With the M? I feel like Yamaha ought to have provided top level brakes to begin with wth? My '23 MT-10 has Brembo Master stock (I think?) But I guess not the "good" one
Maybe, but with Japanese bikes we might have to drink Sake which may compromise the speed over time, while with Italian bikes we stick to Espresso, which speeds things up!

We want to keep the blue wheel theme which is the big part of the R1M. We also no longer offer Rotobox wheels for various reasons. Look up our next video as there is some carbon wheel content on an R1!
@@Motomillion I would go black (I know quite common) , but still would look great with all the carbon , or possibly silver ? Tbh I love the standard blue/purple colour it comes with . Will do , keep up the great work!! 👌
Should we test the brakes with some stoppies like Hector said? 😂
Absolutely !

Thank you for the kind words.
I am beginning to really look forward to all these build vids. Incredibly informative about every aspect of the bike and its parts!
Really happy to hear this kind of feedback, and glad you guys are enjoying the videos!
Awesome mods and upgrades 😍
Thank you!
Great video. Thanks for showing everything and not adding filler to extend the video length.
No time for filler, this was a pretty lengthy process 😂
Awesome job on the upgrades Mani! Top notch EVERYTHING!
Thanks a ton!
Love it Mani. Good job buddy👍🏻
Thank you!
Like everyone is saying, splendid work and attention to detail!

You don’t need to delete the ABS, ABS works as intended with this specific setup.
Not bad at all. I now have plans for rotors.
Let's see those stoppies 😂
😂
Those brakes looks amazing
I think I’m going to get them for my streetfighter v4s
Great job so far

Do u stick the Stalbus bleed nipple for a standard callipers and master cylinder for a 2017 r1m please as I’m having no replie from them directly
Email us and we can get you the correct ones you need.

Just starting on your vids, a bit late to the party I know 🙈 Are you deleting abs with this set up ? Thanks 🙏
Keeping ABS, street bike afterall.
Yesiirrrrrr! 🔥🔥🔥
Lets goooo!
Manny why are you not used carbon wheels instead of Oz racing wheels?
Wanted to keep the blue on the wheels.
Are you gonna use the 660 brake fluid or the reg stuff since it’s street mostly?
The fluid we used and the reason is in the video. Better than 660 too.
@@Motomillion no kidding thanks Mani if you don’t mind could I email you about upgrading my brake system and suspension? I building a track bike and I’ve just bought the 2023 zx10rr.
What about abs working as well or it don't work
ABS is retained and it does work.
looks cleaner now
nice video man o would like to ask u please do u know where I can find the dvd repair service and data bmw mottorad ?
Not too sure. You can google it and there should be some links there.
@@Motomillion ok thanks
Cool Tuning. Brembo the best 👍RIMs cool too, even I like the origin blue little more. What brand wrist watch you wearing?
Thank you. It is a G Shock MT-G
That spindle pushes right out. No threads on the fork legs. Lol
Awesome!
Thank you! Cheers!
Brembo also list the Corsa Corta RCS17 as option for the GP4-RX 32mm pistons , but state 32mm pistons as maximum for that ratio .
It can work, it is not that it will not work, but the 19mm master cylinder is the preferred one for the larger 32mm pistons.

Can you do brembo with out having to change the rims??
Rear will need an extra hub piece which we can offer.

An amazing upgrade!
@@Motomillion yess... my bike still use advics 😄
Where is the part 7 ?
Last weeks video! We took the wheels to get mounted & balanced at Moto Corse Performance and did a shop tour while there
Last month I bought a 22 R1M as my first bike🤟🤙
Congratulations and ride safe!
why not the gp4 rr ? and are the rx still worth after years of no potential upgrade ? if not for the unobtainable gp4 rx brown / gold edition ?
Same reason as Mani mentioned in the video. The RX is the top of the line caliper that has dual piston seals, which makes it suitable for street use. RR has single seal per piston which is not intended for street use.

It is so much more easier to work on Japanese bikes... A ducati might take twice as much time for the same mods.
Maybe, but with Japanese bikes we might have to drink Sake which may compromise the speed over time, while with Italian bikes we stick to Espresso, which speeds things up!
@@Motomillion We'll drink both!
Def should drain fluid first. Why didnt he??
Drain which fluid? Last thing you want to do is to drain your brake fluid and let bunch of air into your abs pump.

floating rotors😂
