Thanks for the great review and instructions! My husband is having lower back issues and recently learned he has scoliosis. He has just finished 10 sessions of PT (which he says hasn't helped). The therapist did use a TENS unit as well as other massage and dry needling in conjunction with his therapy, so I thought it would be helpful to get him a unit that he can use at home. I know little to nothing about these things, but after reading a lot of reviews, I ended up with this one. I feel obligated to learn this thing before giving it to my husband (if I want him to use it that is), but haven't quite worked up the nerve to try it. The instructions that came with it were unbelievably tiny print which made me a little crazy trying to sift through them. So your informative (and entertaining) review will help!
I bought my Belifu on Amazon and only paid $30 for it. It looks to be the exact same unit you reviewed, except it does not have the nice hard shell case, just a little lightweight bag, so I feel like I got a really good deal after watching your review. I can live with a cheap bag rather than a hard shell case for $20 less.😂

I just got one of these also and I wanted to let you know that the cords can be easily separated for better reach. It's not going to hurt the wires if you pull and separate them. I have the same brand and model as you and learned from another user that they're meant to do that. Thanks a bunch for showing me how to use it.

My wife wanted Dr.Ho's but I wasn't comfortable spending $200+ CAD on it since a lot of reviews were saying it's garbage. Found this and tons of good reviews comparatively. Found your review and now I am fully confident she's gonna love this. She's a long time rugby player so pain relief is necessary hehe.

Hey, a couple things I forgot to talk about:
    1. You can buy replacement pads for around $13 (I put a link in the description). Haven't had to use them yet, but I'm sure they're fine, as they're also made by Belifu.
    2. This unit is also marketed for its ability to tone and firm muscle. So will it? Yes it will...in the same way a pogo stick can you from New York to LA. Technically speaking, it can tone muscle, but it's nowhere near a substitution for resistance training. I suggest you go to the gym and use it when you get back :)
Also, I mention that you can use 6 pads at once. I'll stand by this (as demonstrated in the video), but I will say it's not listed in their literature, and the pulse does feel a little weaker in the two extra pads (on a 4-wire unit).

When you were operating it we saw how it affected you, but you never showed what you were pressing or what was on the screen. Impressive knee

As to fatigue, the whole purpose of the Electrical Muscle Stimulator (EMS) aspect of the unit is to fatigue the muscles. By making the muscles fatigue, the muscles gets so tired that they poop out, which reduces or eliminate spasms, which can cause severe pain.

News flash: Both the Marc Pro and the Belifu are the same unit just different names and slightly different exterior look and color scheme. The main difference is you pay $50 for the Belifu instead of $1500!

I bought this unit and couldn't get it to work properly. Finally discovered the tens/ems and I+ buttons were reversed.

Facing increasing pain and gaining knowledge of just how proper I have fucked myself over the years, I finally just gave in and ordered Belifu 4 Independent Channel TENS EMS Unit, TENS Unit Muscle Stimulator for Pain Relief to try.
I also gave in and duo ordered with it AUVON Rechargeable TENS Unit Muscle Stimulator, 24 Modes 4th Gen. I'll place a book mark and if I don't forget will update.
****Update edit**** Have only used the Auvon one time to make sure it worked and it did but as for the Belifu - I love it! It does help alleviate pain and it really does have enough intensity to depending on pad placement(+padsize used) and the mode make you go "OHHH OHHH OH GOD TOO MUCH"
I can't save the Belifu is better than Auvon(due to only checking if the Auvon worked,Could be just as good or better idk) But I can recommend the Belifu after receiving and using it
