There are also Snap'n Build Fixed Navmesh to take down. And by the way, this is excellent mods to fix to broken houses in Fallout 4. And Snappy Housekit should have the same floor, although they are in another part... though as a roof and floor if my memory does not betray me... so it was before, however, has not played F4 in a couple of years.
Since you're using Place Everywhere mod you can use the hotkeys to lower those thicker floors to match the height of the others, then there's no concern, you put it on a really low setting like 0.1 or less to get it perfect, setup hotkeys so you can just do it quickly, I use the numberpad on my keyboard for toggling strength of movement & rotation and the various movement directions.
Also sometimes when you're trying to get things in an odd position, only toggling off the Surface setting but leaving Object setting on can help get it in line without being oofed by the surfaces.
I want to thank you for showing me the fireplace wall in Snappy. I've had the mod forever and since I usually only use the wood frame house I didn't know the fireplace wall was in the game. Thanks again. @@JabberGames
you do know that in the snappy builds they have wall exterior foundations ( concreat bottom and brick top quarter size walls ) already there so no need to try and fit a full wall in. And for the corners they also have small corner that just snap in and there the same coloured brick only a quarter size. Both designed for the bottom of the walls. So you dont need a diffrent mod to set them in. The small corners were quite literally right next to the corners you choose. lol the wall foundations are in the wall foundations section next to foundations and floors. Im sorry for laughing but it is funny especially as your trying to teach us all how to use snappy. lmao im sorry we all have our learning curves
@@JabberGames but hey were all learning. a person that claims they know everything is a liar. As your never to old or experienced to learn new things. your doing a great job by the way keep up the great work mate all the best
@@dennisdewaard7814 I would suggest "Homemaker" I think it's in the description of this video. It has Pre-fabricated houses from Covenant. They are complete houses but not in the same style as I made here. I haven't seen a mod that gives complete buildings like my video but Homemaker has a bunch of buildings that you might like.

@@macronomicus Both great tips. Thanks so much for your comments. I will definitely implement those!!
Have you ever tried using the number pad to adjust the position of items while in build mode?
Yes, I typically use that when I'm trying to finesse something. I'm usually pretty rough tbh 😆
