EGO DEATH - EPISODE 15: Split In Half

47 Years Ago, the mass subconscious was shattered during the Esper vs Inscribed war. In the aftermath of what came to be known as "The Shattering", the collective Psychic Heat once dissipated through the mass subconscious coalesced into the world as monsters: Residue Agents, led by Esper-Beasts in a war to destroy Society. From the ashes, a new type of weapon was developed: Egos, formed out of taking half of one's own personality and putting it into a specialized weapon to draw out latent power based on one's own self. The wielder of these weapons became known as Absolvers, and created an Aegis to defend Society from whatever threats may come.
Sigmallius University (Or Sigil), created 30 years ago to the present day 2026 for the training of new Absolvers post-highschool. A group of 4 wanting young adults find themselves accepted into it's curriculum to become the next generation of Absolvers as the class of '28 and defend the world against Esper Beasts and their monsters of war. But yet, they will face more than mere residue agents. Mercenaries, Corporations, Gangsters, and perhaps even fate itself wrap into a spiral as they become enveloped in a grand conspiracy that could break nations and test even the strongest of Psykolias weapons. 2026 will be the start of something new, as the fingers of destiny curl tight in showing the inner workings of what was prior a cut and dry world to these four. These soon to be Absolvers must face themselves, face reality, and face more than they could have ever predicted in EGO DEATH.
Ego Death is an up and coming campaign from the same people behind Neon Demons, Midnight Gods, 8fold Ultimate, and more using the Anime Campaign system. 3 months after the events of the weekend of October 4-6th, Conspiracy Brews just as the Trainee Absolvers of Mach 20 have settled into their normal school life once more. Another encounter with the Malicious Lucy Demille sends them down a path of combat, deceit, and Investigation spanning from Makoto to distant shores as they come unto a dark plan that could change the world as they know it forever. As the shadows bend daggers around them, Mach 20 must rise to the challenge in EGOIST ABSOLUTION, the third arc of the series Ego Death!
