Not taking off slippers before stepping into the water, and not having to go back to put them back on before walking away pretty much broke my immersion - having to endure all those bugs and viruses barefoot!
A dream place that I wished to live when I was a kid.
5:20 me: Wow they even added a distant airplane noise Pauses, oh that's here not in-game
6:15 Ohhh I like that
Looks fun! The sound effects need reworking to avoid repetition, though. Beyond that, I agree it does look photorrealistic, but at the moment the game feels mostly like an interactive architectural visualization than a game.
Calling a place that doesn't even exist "realistic" is insane
1. Are you intellectually disadvantaged?
2. Why is it insane?
I understand your point. While the setting is fictional, the game strives for visual realism within its own world. The attention to detail in the environment and movements aims to create a believable and immersive experience.Unfortunately, i made a mistake with OBS and the video compression has somewhat diminished the visual quality. I encourage you to experience the game firsthand to fully appreciate the graphics.
Tbh it has a lot of the characteristics that a hall like this in real life would have. Sunlight behaves mostly the same as in the real world, as do shadows and most of the material properties. The caustics in the water were a bit low resolution, but other than that it behaves mostly like reality would. That is what 'realistic' means; Calling a place that doesn't exist real is insane; realistic.. not so much
@27:50 Not the sharpest tool in the shed are you.
You can say that!
Graphics don't really seem that realistic
I understand your concern about the realism. While the environment is not something you can see in real life, the attention to details, textures and lighting effects are impressive. Unfortunately, i made a mistake with OBS and the video compression has somewhat diminished the visual quality. I encourage you to experience the game firsthand to fully appreciate the graphics.
people should learn to appreciate things.
