ETH is not permissionless. The current code includes means for censoring transactions and blacklisting.
blackrock/circle are still opposed to Bitcoin. This is not complicated it is simply an awareness worth exploring and coming to terms with.
It's inevitable... Bitcoin is just something we say it's worth.. So it will always be... This whole thing is the digitization of the entire world... It's an entirely new "ECOSYSTEM"
