Hey Ian, great stuff as always! Although you can avoid the trip to Premiere by just choosing to Queue in AME from After Effects. Media Encoder has the option to export as a GIF without needing to create another video file.

You do realize that sometimes when you press a key to perform an action and not inform us which key you pressed it can bring the whole tutorial to a halt for some of us.

Can you swap multiple heads in a clip using this process? Will After Effects track multiple points in the same clip?

Not the best tutorial for new users. You gotta tell us what keys you were pressing on the keyboard when you're doing the action.

great video can you do a video on how to swap face like adding a side view when someone turns their head and how to mask when someone walks into view.
Could you do this with another video aswell? More spesifically, layer another part of a video ontop of the original video?

U can do the same with video just rotobrush the face and parent that instead
Jeremy Kirby yes, but the face of someone else may also be moving. Wondering if there's another way to realign the face while it's moving that aren't position keyframes... Perhaps I could change the center point of the rotoscoped video...

i havent tried yet, but maybe cut the clip as a separate video, and once you finish that, you can put the clips back together?
Lol whay do you mean you can just shorten the clip of the image of your face..?
When using the pen tool how did you cut your face out? I drew around the face and can't figure out what key to use to separate the cut face from the picture..

The tracking on mine goes a bit wonky after a few seconds. Any tips for making it a bit more accurate? Sometimes the tracking moves so much that it follows an arm or something of the subject. Also how did you add the rotate keyframe thanks? :)

Not sure if you even look at messages on this anymore, but can you suggest how to speed up the tracking. I'm trying this and it took about 4 minutes to do 1 second.
would it not be better to put anchor point lower so head tilts like it attached at neck???
