Velcro on the cumberbun needs to be reversed for the lite, so it can stick the front plate in place without having to run the soft side of the bun facing outward.
I just ordered 2 level 3 and on a budget. I will be doing a second order with and up grade In a couple weeks. Then the whole family will be set thanks!
Sad, They don't make the Veritas Lite anymore. It was their best product. Now they only have the regular veritas with the padded mesh which is bulkier.
@@ArmoredRepublic2 I’m a 5’6” 140lb woman. I bought the Veritas Lite because it looks sturdier than the freeman. I also like molle/pals better than laser cut. The veritas is still too big for me and I have it cinched down as much as it can!
We definitely see the problem. That sort of hybrid carrier between the Veritas and the Freeman might just be feasible. We will pass this along to R&D to see what we can make happen. Thank you so much for bringing this up to us!
I ordered the testudo 12-14 weeks out it's the fully loaded. Hopefully it don't take 12-14 weeks. I've heard some people not getting everything they ordered. I'm a lol nervous.

My whole family is #ArmordUp. I keep my Freeman in the car, as long as I’m not wearing it under regular my tshirt or sweater. I love the Freeman, I can appendix carry with no snags or catching on the bottom of the rig. When I would have to wear a full plate carrier I use a chest holster, because you can’t say “hold on a seconds mr bad guy I can’t get my sidearm out because it’s stuck” Yes I know you don’t wear a concealed when you’re wearing a plate carrier to work or in the field. I guess the point I’m trying to saw is that. With the smaller Freeman you have concealed body armor and concealed weapon, that work so well together.
What do I have to do in order to install a cummerbund on my Veritas lite I’m confused. I’ve owned my carrier for almost a couple years now and would like to upgrade to a cummerbund but I’m not sure how it would get installed can you guys help me figure it out please?

The only have 2 polite complaints... is you will not send what parts of an order that are completed, and will only ship when the order is complete... If something is on back order, that is fine, but, ship to your customers what you do have done. You need to come up with a better way to communicate with the people who have open orders, like an "ORDER STATUS"... A shipping and receiving software patch/plug in, that is less then $40.. if you wish, I would be glad to donate the $40 so you can buy the plug-in patch to your QuickBooks accounting software, LOL... Please note, all is stated in kind. You folks are specialist's in manufacturing, and not accounting, I respect that, but come on guys/gals.. notifications & updates would be great... I love your product lines and have played with several units in testing, really good stuff. I have complete faith that it will protect me and my loved ones, as per, the testing I personally have done. Send people what you have finished, and when the back ordered jobs get done, then send those... The customers have paid for shipping for each item, right? just saying.. Waiting on breast and back plates that are done, but can't ship, because the order is waiting on side plates, LOL... most side plates can be waited on.. Some armor is better then no armor.... Still waiting for mine. Ordered in June with 10x12 level III+ curved,build up coat, with side plates also curved/build up coat WITH trauma pads-why not 🤷🏻♂️ I got thefreeman carrier already so Im interested to see how the weight of 10x12s will feel
Depends is you want speed or carrier more weight. Either will fit your frame. Veritas Lite if you want more mobility or a Testudo if you want more full size carrier.

Just recieved my Veritas carrier and armor. It was a little difficult to attach the mag pouches but I got it done and the malices hold your attachments very sturdy. I've now ordered a ArFreeman as well. Love the Veritas.

SnD OverKillYT if I understand correctly, the lite Veritas does away with the 3D mesh on the inside. Less comfortable, more bare bones. Lighter. Poorer sweat management, though. The Veritas has a cummerbund option for like $50 extra. It’s really nice and keeps the weight down. I don’t mind the buckle so much. Makes getting in and out of the armor quicker. Good luck.
Would you recommend running double stack mag pouches off the cummerbund, I have purchase the veritas and have your skeletonized cummerbund and have a shellback double stack mag pouch attached to the cummerbund and was worried about any wear that the weight of that might cause the cummerbund and if I should run the mag pouches on the front of my veritas. Love the product and have ordered more stuff from you guys to spruce my carrier up.

Ordered mine on 3/16. It finally came in on 8/5. It’s nice and very well made. But it does take a long time to come in. But I understand it.

I'm 5"11 and my veritas looks like I borrowed baby body armor. Or maybe that's how its suppose to look.
