Hi Peggy, generally RV travel trailers are not anchored to the ground. Some RV parks do allow them to be anchored, such as Braveheart Properties in Cocoa FL. The foundation homes are permanently attached to the ground using high wind-approved hardware that is imbedded in concrete and affixed to the house. This type is Florida building code approved for High-Velocity Hurricane Zone areas.
