I loved this! The high lunge to warrior to plank flow was my favorite (and the most challenging) and the cossack to lunge is a movement that I feel will really improve my climbing! I plan to incorporate this one into my training 2-3 times per week! Thank you!
Smiling to read your comment! Please update me in a couple of weeks how the movements feel then after doing the routine regularly. It's always curious to observe the difference. You got this! 🔥 💪🏽
Hey there Ieva and Jason Thanks for the nice Routine. I dislocated my ankle a few month ago and my hips are stiff as hell. The routine is great for my rehab as it also helps my foot alot. I guess i will incorporat it into my genral schedule. I'm loving both of your contents. Keep up the good work! cheers
Hola, Yeva, hoy mire tu vídeo y me encantó, con ganas de practicarlo proximamente , será mi primera vez con el ioga, espero verte pronto y preparte tus veggies Burguers preferidas!!
Love the routine! My balance sucks and my legs become Jell-O later on but I'm happy to work on that. I really like the Cossack to lunge transition too!
Wonderful! It's useful to do the practice quite a few times, as every time we can discover something new and explore the way the practice feels in the body on that particular day💚
Wonderful! Let me know how it goes after you do the routine several times, Kelly! Annnd good to know that it was wobbly - that was the idea💪🏽 😊 Hope you found some lightheartedness and smiles during the wobbles, too!
@@yogaforclimberswithievaluna haha yeah, I had a few great laughs during that one! :) Second and third sessions were much better and less wobbly. Lovin the videos, Ieva! Keep 'em coming!
day 15 - midway through, feeling a lot more mobile, but what to do after I finish those 30days of hips mobility? few sessions hips oriented during every week?
Congrats on completing half of the series already!! And yesss, I would recommend doing few sessions per week and also experiment with adding weight for some of the movements (for example cossack squat with the weight, etc) to increase the load.💪🏽
I always come back to this one. It takes my hip and glute pain right away. Thank you 🙏
Aw, so great to know that this practice takes the hip and glute pain away. Beautiful what movement does to our bodies!
Wait what? Two of my favourite channels collaborating? The level of amazingness :o ! I will forever be grateful for your channel
