About Seinfeld:
Seinfeld stars Jerry Seinfeld as a stand-up comedian whose life in New York City is made even more chaotic by his quirky group of friends who join him in wrestling with life's most perplexing, yet often trivial questions. Often described as "a show about nothing," Seinfeld mines the humor in life's mundane situations like waiting in line, searching for a lost item, or the trials and tribulations of dating. Co-starring are Julia Louis-Dreyfus as Jerry's ex-girlfriend and current platonic pal, Elaine Benes; Jason Alexander as George Costanza, Jerry's neurotic hard-luck best friend; and Michael Richards as Jerry's eccentric neighbor, Kramer.

Seinfeld was genius for not turning Jerry and Elaine into a regular sitcom will or won't they couple. They have a much more refreshing dynamic and chemistry
Totally agree
The will they or won’t they was invented by cheers and then a bunch of sitcoms followed suit ever since.
Totally! They basically just have a semi-flirty friendship, and even though they hookup a couple times during the show it never gets into romantic drama
Because they never were
You literally just described what they are doing.
“ it’s almost stupid if we didn’t “. Haha. Love them
Spending the night is optional...
Spending the night is never optional. 😂😂😂
Spending night should be optional if there's no intention to repete the thing (later in the night or in the morning). :)@@moonbatt
Yup.
We all know they’re soulmates. They didn’t even have to get together in the finale for us to know that. We know it’ll happen for them someday, on a day we won’t see.
Jerry and Elaine had good chemistry, they might not have gotten back together, but it shows how much of a special couple they were. That’s all I can say.
all it means is that that was a good script given to good actors. in real life MISSION IMPOSSIBLE
The way Jerry says marry me is so genuine
JLD is an insanely gifted comedic actress. Her technique is jaw-dropping.
The pez dispenser scene = true love
I love the quick back-and-forth dialogue Jerry has with his parents. So funny
I love that Jerry isn’t pushy, just logical and actually charming. He sets rules, looks for consent and shares mature feelings.

You’re a millennial, right?
except for when he dates teenagers
Having had this kinda relationship with an ex, it's hilarious to watch them talk themselves into it, like there's an invisible judgmental third party they're trying to convince it's not a bad idea. And how they keep flailing their arms.
You missed the clip from The Abstinence where Elaine hasn't seen the garbage man in a while so she asks Jerry if he's got eleven minutes
11 minutes for what? Which season and episode?
@@jamesndula8717 Season 8
@@jamesndula8717 Watch the episode - I won't spoil the surprise 😉
Timeless... I've seen these scenes about 50 times or so, and they still make me laugh OUT LOUD... TIMELESS 😁✌️
Love them together. They are perfect for each other even though they wouldn't admit to each other. Kramer was right
Well, she was pretty damn upset when Jerry's sensitive side vanished and he wasn't into marrying her anymore...
This show just cannot be improved. Brilliant is an understatement!
"The car was on two wheels and i was just screaming!!" 🤣
I always thought that if Seinfeld ever came back it would mean Jerry and Elain would have to be married by then. Krammer would live next door along with George in his parent's home down the street.
So Jerry was sponge worthy 😂
Damn, I really wish they didn't have a rule against providing an emotional ride cause they were really good at creating scenes that evoke emotions in Seinfeld in the rare times they made an attempt. I'm not one to easily get sentimental over a tv show but that scene in The Deal and the conversation at end of that two part episode where Kramer takes a trip to LA due to a quarrel he had with Jerry over the keys genuinely made me feel something. They were both very understated, a lot was left unsaid, and you basically had to probe inside the mind of the characters in order to understand them. It was good stuff.
That’s what made it so effective, imo. A lot of times sitcom writers would try to hamfist these emotional story arcs and it just felt manipulative. In Seinfeld, it felt more organic and realistic because it felt like it was just *happening* despite the characters.
Insisice comment bro
I always wanted Jerry and Elaine to get back together at the end of the show. They had such wonderful chemistry.
I did too, but now I'm glad the show ended before this could happen.
This wasn't that kind of show
you missed the point of the show
That would have ruined the whole purpose of Seinfeld. It is supposed to be pure comedy.
@@sreeharivenat8002
Pure comedy would have character development and excess sentiment.
This is more dry humor.
I’m convinced that my depression would be lifted, if Seinfeld returned.😢
You watch curb my enthusiasm?
A genius show if there ever was one?
"I'm going for the record".
I think they love each other BUT not “in love”.
in the mini-Seinfeld reunion inside of Curb Your Enthusiasm, Jerry is the father of Elaine’s daughter. I think they say its through artificial insemination but it still shows they kinda have a thing for each other.
Yeah it implied later on in the show, Jerry and Elaine will get together especially since they have a daughter
"He does not work here anymore."
😂🤣 brilhant!!!🤣😂
I was married for 20 years yet didn't have nearly the relationship these 2 did in the long run. Maybe I should've said, "well, that's just grrreat!" when she told me she was leaving
Or better yet, "oh... Banana!" 😆
Come to think of it, just about any line in here makes for a great response to someone leaving you!! 🤣
Why do people get married if they're just gonna leave?!?? It's a waste of time, money, love, and company. Luckily for you, she didn't cheat. People proudly do that these days
@@arielbanks5557 How do you know she didn't?
@@21kburd 😆
You missed the clip where Elaine finds out Jerry is wealthy and wants to pick him up from the airport.
In the beginning Elaine was about to tell Jerry she's always loved him. That's your answer.
And Jerry, her.

They basically are a couple
This is gold.
This is genius. Pure genius.
Nah.
On the other hand, George was secretly in love with Jerry.
😂
All right. Lets go. I give you half an hour. Epic one🤣
Lol it was the best decision tho for them to not end together
They were perfect for each other
So many funny episodes where to start at Eline Jerry Kramer and Georgia are funny to together 😅😅😅
im def with the sleep part
I always wonder if an ex-couple like Jerry and Elaine could remain such good friends in real life. My personal answer is NO.
I agree with you.
It is possible for a while in my experience, but longterm? No. Gets too complicated.
@@josefinebliss2801 It works fine if the woman still gives him bjs. It's all on her really.

Their acting is great. :)
Epic!! Thanks for sharing this stuff! love it!
The Pez dispenser is hilarious....
If it’s not a love like this I don’t want it.
Why do you need more friends?
You have plenty of friends😂
the pez dispenser lmao
I don't know if Jerry loves her BUT I DO..The character Elaine, and Julia ❤️❤️❤️😁✌️
They will always be my favorite couple ❤
They were friends, not a couple.. that’s why the show was so successful.
Friends and The Office introduced romance in their writing, completely killed the comedic elements of the shows.
90s fashion: so much floral pattern with black nylons
I honestly really like the idea of them together but not super monogamously, since that doesn’t seem to work for them. I could see them being just long time romantic friends lol. The way they squabble like schoolyard children is so entertaining 8:26
Friends with Benefits 😂
Easily one of the best episodes of the early seasons(The Deal). They had some real duds but this one showed what the show working at 100% could do.(Kramer wasn't even that big of a part yet)
Season 2 had some absolute gems tho too. The Statue is one of them. There’s like 4 great episodes in a row in season 2 including the one I mentioned
@@LightsaberGoBrrrrrrthe Chinese Restaurant
They probably did love each other but more of a brother and sister type of love. I don't think they were in love. They tried a couple times but it never worked out.
Elaine was very beautiful
Iam looking. How Long can you look. Iam going for the record. 😂 😂 😂 😂
The anti-couple! 😄
Women always know how many times, lol
But ross geler counts better than Rachel 😂
ive never watch the Pez dispenser episode but someone explain that clip to me lol
YEEEEESSSS 💘 Perfecta química, momentos muy divertidos. Un dúo hermoso que debió haber terminado en pareja 🥵
Yes they were
Of course they were in love.
Scene @ 2:00; prime example of overthinking an issue! 😣
The way Elaine said "I know that look" made my heart skip a bit. Luckily my wife has the same look.
I have no idea why these kids couldn't work things out
I laugh when people say “George was the real star” Jerry was always #1 on Seinfeld, much love to brilliant characters of this show.
They could have had this, that, and the other thing!!
She wasn’t going to say she loved UUUUnited airlines because no one could possibly love United more than Delta
Gud video
In normal times they would have been married, and stayed married, and had the relationship they do on the show (mature love). But they never did, so they're in some weird limbo state where they still love each other, so they kind of have an ersatz marriage/family but they also can't go back and just get "together."
What…the 90s weren’t normal times?
I love this show ????
I like Elaine a lot though.
Spending the night is optional? Not if you get all worn out. You couldn't even crawl away.
What happened to their relationship? I don’t know why they decided to become friends; was that ever explained in the show?
Friends with Benefits.....
Didn’t Jerry and Elaine use to be in a relationship but then broke up and just became good friends
It seems like they were on and off again.
Jerry & Elaine are like dogs that will sniff and then jump on any legs that enter the room.
No
Did I just here that Jerry hit Elaine 37x until this time !!!? …
No
ya kinda just want em to just stop. n be together
He should take it out
0:29
So that's 37 faked. ( member Jerry found out she faked it.)
In high school law class we got to go to court for the day. My friend *had a Luigi pez dispenser , after a while he got a little annoying with it but then a lawyer walked in and he looked like Luigi he was even wearing a forest green suit. He got so excited and held it up in the air 😂😂 we got in so much trouble the bailiff almost kicked us out.
frank can't-stand-ya & i concur; there's no reason sleep should be all tied up & connected with that
I have a female best friend and before I met my fiancée we had a Jerry and Elaine relationship which I don’t tell the woman I’m marrying about. Think about it you wouldn’t either
1.Whatever is kept in the dark....
2. Choosing to hide something like this from your future partner....hmmm..
This seems very dishonest and will be an ongoing lie.
Good luck with the fall out.

I think they were, but it just wouldn't have made sense in the context of Seinfeld to put them together.
yo elaine is hot!😍
Jerry had better options. Even so, I don’t think he’d ever marry.
Elaine is way better than Jerry, she is it, a gem
Elaine looks much better with straight hair
nah, no way.
@@Zack29810 oh come on
She looks good regardless, but I kinda prefer the earlier seasons' look for some reason.
@@user-yc5um2pl5v why you say that?
@@dickborg452 Well, I don't know really... Maybe to me her weird hairstyle of early seasons is more endearing and cute. later on her look became a bit too... I don't know, sharp and overbearing, let's say. I like her cute and a bit naive charm of old :)

Aw we're not using the term "ship/shipped" are we??!! It seems like such a Vampire Diaries thing. We're not children here.
It’s like a term that fat emo women from a midwestern state use.
The term shipping has been around for some time lol. What’s childish about vibing two characters energies?

Am I going to have to consult the Urban Dictionary again for something I have never heard of before?

Shipped?! Can you please stop applying zoomer phrases to Seinfeld? Just leave it alone.
Shipped was millennial that got coined in like 2009
🤔 Just reboot the show already.
That's seriously the last thing any of them want. You got the Seinfeld reunion episodes of Curb Your Enthusiasm instead. That's an amazing way to reboot Seinfeld.
A reboot would ruin the legacy. The great thing about Seinfeld was there was no character growth, but it's silly to expect that 25 yrs later. They're certainly not going to be the same people, so what's tbe point?
The cast suck..Best show ever.Funny that..
