    I have IBS I'm sick quite often. The pain Is just terrible!! I had a episode yesterday and I remembered this video... I had my son do this before school this morning! My son tells me "see yah mom, I love you" every morning and today I was out cold! I had falling asleep around 7am and didn't wake until 11am lol I mean, I was literally in pain with nausea and vomiting for 24 hours straight... no sleep! then boom! I'm sleeping like a baby! I had him do it 3 times. ( within 30min because he's a kid and really didn't want to do it.) lol but he did a great job!👌🏾 this information helped me! Thank you so much!

    wow i think this worked. It's similar to network spinal analysis chiropractic, lightly touching nerves along the spine releasing tension. Thank you for this

  • @NoIBSvideos
    @NoIBSvideos  12 ปีที่แล้ว

    There are many energy systems in the body and as many ways to access and correct imbalances. The spine rub works on reflexes in the skin over the spine. The reflexes in your spine may already be balanced so some other form of energy stimulation might work better for you.
    Have you been thoroughly checked by a medical doctor? Sometimes when energy corrections don't work at all, it's a sign of an underlying medical condition.

    @AmirMetalzoneRezaei Hi Amir, Are you repeatedly in contact with foods or chemicals that you're reacting to like wheat, dairy products, harsh laundry chemicals, fabric softener, etc.? These things can cause problems for digestion. So take a look at your diet and go "green" in your home environment - especially personal care and laundry products. Glad the video helped to some extent.

    Well, it's not actually about biology. It's about ENERGY and is based on the 4,000-5,000 year old tradition of Chinese medicine and their meridian system which is used successfully by millions of people all over the world.

    ive had IBS for 7 months, and done this when i was in huge pain and it didnt help one bit, its not instant pain relief, its taking your mind of the pain. ever had the time were cut your toe in the pool and it only hurts when you see it?, thats because when your mind is focusing on that pain, your pain will get worse, your get scared and axious and that add onto the pain making you feel worse. so if you dont focus on the pain and focus on simething else like having a bath or walking!

    Energy technique? Please dont get medical advice from youtube. You may think this seems completely harmless, and it very well might be. I heartedly recommend that no one follow youtube medical tutorials, especially when the deal with the spine. Also no medical professionals will ever use the term energy technique. Ive been taken advantage of by snake-oil salesmen before and I saw it my whole massage career.

    • @camgoddard2868
      @camgoddard2868 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      And by the way the thing shown in this video is in no way “energy work” and the spine in no way has anything resembling breakers. They are simply activating the nervous system response of relaxation when the proprioceptive nerves are overloaded with none distressing info. The whole body will relax if this happens, thus AIDING in the relief of cramps. Many other things are at play here, none involving anyone directly manipulating “energy”. Energy is a state of a system, like height or weight. These things can be effected non-directly by outside forces, as such there is no benefit at all to calling something “energy based”. Everything has energy as a measurable but vague representation of the state of the system.

    I've had nausea and cramping all day, this helped a little which I'm grateful for, but the relief only lasted as long as the actual technique did
