Your diction is clean, clear and pleasant. Are you are speech therapist of a grammar school teacher? I realize that my comments might seem strange but it does reflect my training. All of my comments might seem unusual. But after almost 77 years on earth i have learned to appreciate certain things that others might miss May the LORD bless and keep you! Again, thank you! .
My Sister, i I thank you for a very clean concise presentation with your young clear feminine voice your presentation was excellent; your conclusions were clear and to the point. I thank you for your precise concise intelligent and clean report. I have listened to hundreds of other attempts at presenting your material. Your was the clearest, cleanest, mist precise and the best overall presentation. Thank you!
Very informative...thank you ! I would like to know more about stability, specifically what to do/not do to avoid tipping over. I think that is one stability issue I have heard of regarding trikes but would like to know more about it. Thanks again.
That's a great question! Stability can vary depending on the trike, its tires, speed, rider and more. But #1, slow down greatly before curves; #2, practice riding the trike in a flat, safe area until you are confident!
I watched the video and appreciated your attention to detail. Question: is this the TK1 fat tire? I've heard the smaller tire is better, keeps the trike lower to the ground, easier to get off/on.
Thank you! The wheels are smaller 20-inch with 3-inch wide tires. So, they're close to the full 4-inch fat tire, but not quite. This makes it a stable ride and low to the ground, which is perfect for a tricycle!
looks nice but it doesnt have UL battery which is pretty scary considering they can catch fires. It doesn't say anything about a BMS system for safe shut off or UL. Anyone considering this should take that into consideration. The Anywhere trike has a Samsung battery and is slightly cheaper but has a front wheel motor vs this one has a real wheel motor(I am not sure which is better). Can you do a review on that one next? I think the price point is $1399, that one also looks exactly like the emojo which might be from the same manufacturer!
Bought a TK1 for my 69 yo little sister. She loved it for 11 miles, then the differential broke. Now Mooncool won't talk to me. Tried calling support many times and always got shuffled to E-mail. Somebody finally answered my E-mail and told me to contact Amazon, where I purchased it from for a mechanical problem. I am not happy, if I could afford it I'd just throw it in the dumpster and purchase another Addmotor.
Really sorry to hear that! This is the first I've heard of a problem. Maybe they are understaffed? I really don't know. If it were me, I'd keep trying, as frustrating as it may be. Call at a different time of the day maybe?
Very nice videos and you have a very nice speaking voice. Have you had the opportunity to check out sixthreezero's trikes? I would like to know what you think. My wife is 6' tall and long legs. Has some stability problems but other than that is capable of peddling and enjoying riding. She is looking for a trike that she can peddle (with electric assistance) upwards of 15 MPH without ghost peddling. And being able to keep up with the rest of us that are on two wheels. Folding would be nice too.:)
Thank you for your kind words! I haven’t had a chance to review sixthreezero’s trikes yet. Since your wife may be too tall for the Mooncool, I'd suggest checking out these trikes: emojobike.com/?dt_id=1828313 I reviewed the Bison Pro and it is top-of-the-line. Strong, plenty of power, easily goes 20mph, folding, and no ghost pedaling (it has a torque sensor). She can easily keep up on this trike! Best wishes and I hope you find just what you're looking for!
I purchased The Addmotor Citi e310 Mini. The low ground clearance is a design flaw. The pedals may scrape when crossing a speed bump potentially causing serious foot injury. I informed the managers and their response was raise the seat, or install a smaller crank. And I would bear the cost of the repair to the crank. Of course raising the seat has no effect on the pedal arc. They pretend to be concerned with customer satisfaction. They are not and make no effort to address the problem. Their return policy is expensive and prohibitive. They suggested I sell the trike locally. I buy many products from many diverse manufacturers and Addmotor stands out as a greedy, disinterested supplier. Go elsewhere, if you have any problems, you own them. Anyone want a trike at a discount? Addmotor Citi e310 mini is flawed by design.
What do you think about this incredible electric trike?
Very interesting! I’ve honestly never seen an e-trike! Looks pretty cool
Excellent detailed video
Thank you very much! Cool huh?

I'm happy you enjoyed the review! I put a lot of effort into making it informative and easy to understand.
Nice looking... I could ride that around my neighborhood. I'd feel a lot safer on it in the rain than my e-bike.
Good call!

Thank you so much for your kind words. I'm glad to hear that you found the presentation clear and concise. Your feedback means a lot!
I. Looking at etrikes for my wife, thanks for telling about your experience with customer service!
Glad I could help! Hopefully she finds the perfect one!
I think it's pretty well assembled... it has both wheels and the basket in back already assembled, which is major.
True. There's more to assembled on a trike in the first place.

I saw this on anothet channel and I absolutely love this!
It's pretty nice!
Great review, Gal!
Thanks so much! Glad you liked it!
What about a test ride up a long 12 degree slope hill?
That would of been nice to see.
Its important to those who need to know for disability issues.
Good point!

Yes, I'd like to review other trikes as well... I had fun on the Mooncool! Then perhaps I'd get a better feel for the differences in motors.
Oooo I'm gonna check that out. Thank you for the info.
The rear wheel drive is much better
In the videos it looks like your left rear tire is wobbling. I saw that in several different shots. Was that just a trick of the mind?
Couldnt' feel it at all, but the spokes just needed to loosened :)
Super cute!
Thank you! Cheers!
You mentioned the twist throttle is tiring, did you know it has cruise control? ;)
Just push the - button for a couple seconds to set the cruise.
Thanks Jim! I completely missed that!
Cute. Does the throttle go to 20mph?
Nope. The throttle is still limited to 16 mph... same as pedal assist. It's an important safety feature.
What is the footprint of this e-trike when it is folded up?
Here are the folded measurements: 100 * 77 * 75cm / 39.37 * 30.31 * 29.53 inches
How fast will it go
Up to 16mph! Riding on flat road and pedaling hard I was able to get to 15.6
I am having difficulty installing the rear derailleur.
You shouldn't need to install the derailleur. Please contact support here: www.mooncool.com/pages/contact-us

Really sorry to hear about your experience with AddMotor. The trike discussed here is a Mooncool and I haven't heard of that happening.
