Considering what the XFL did in 2020 and 2023 and the fact that Devin Hester is being inducted into the Hall of Fame this weekend primarily for his kickoff and punt returns, the game needs to start taking kickoffs seriously again. Last year i believe 70% of all kickoffs went for touchbacks.
