材料：糯米1kg，红曲米200g，酒饼2片
将红曲米和酒饼倒入tm6打成粉末状备用。事先将糯米煮熟。接着用糯米粘上红曲粉放入干净的玻璃罐子，接着用布封口，放在阴凉处7天左右。之后盖上玻璃盖子腌1个月以上即可。
Ingredients：1kg glutinous rice, 200g red rice, 2 slices of wine cake
Pour the red rice and wine cake into tm6 and beat it into powder for later use. Cook the glutinous rice in advance. Then stick red rice powder with glutinous rice and put it into a clean glass jar. Then seal it with a cloth and put it in a cool place for about 7 days. After that, cover with a glass lid and marinate for more than 1 month.
