    Thanks for joining me on the mat 🥰
    Today’s class is a 20 minute MEDITATION & VISUALISATION class.
    We will be finding stillness for 20 mins so please feel free to add this to the end of another of my videos as a RELAXATION SESSION of you like.
    You might find it more comfortableto sit in a chair or on a block or cushion so maybe have these to hand before we start. Other than this, there is no equipment needed.
