    I visualize being in the house of my dreams. I imagine where the furniture is placed, the garden, etc. It is very nice!

    I use this meditation to shift into the reality I desire. I’ve used it to get the outcome I wanted for a speeding ticket once. The court process happened exactly the way I daydreamed it to happen using this meditation before court.

    It took me over 20 years to get to this stage but though meditation . You can asked any questions to the Creator and it will be answered . It’s all about the Alpha giving us our happiness to be what we want to be without hurting another in our process of finding happiness. ♥️

    I just did this and i entered alpha at around 50 maybe because its tge end of the day and tired. Feel quite calm within myself, feel has though the chattervhas reduced and im not in my head hopefully this will improve the more i do it so it improves my quality of sleep 🤞🤞 Thanks for this video your voice is very soothing 👍🏾

    I really love and appreciate the work that this channel does, thank you for that! I was excited to try this as part of my morning routine. I don’t want to join the group of people complaining about something that is given freely and simply to try to teach others a wonderful skill that so many are unaware of. However, I also feel that this music is a little bit off-putting and it would be better with just a simple tone or metronome to aid us in dropping into alpha. Despite that, Thank you for making all of these - this channel is a wonderful resource!

    This was good. I felt the visualization part a little long. I like the suggestion of using a fruit to visualize . Any suggestions from other people?
    For the counting part do you just keep on counting forward s and backwards from 1to 100 multiple times? Maybe I was counting fast.

      Yes the exercise recommends that. But it is just another tool that can help you access alpha. It may or may not help and I find that if it’s distracting or uncomfortable it may affect the process. So don’t overthink it and allow them to naturally fall if that helps or especially once you reach alpha.

    I don't know if im doing this right? Can i use this to let go of resentment and make peace with my past and stop letting it interfere in my present. Stop using it to hold myself back and sabotage myself? I feel like im not making ant progress in my life.

      Have you tried the Mirror of the Mind meditation? It may be more suited to that purpose, although this can help.

    First off thanks for simplifying Silva. I got his books and programs but somehow struggled to make it work for me. Questions. 1/ what is the proper way to “roll eyes upwards”? Does one have to keep that stance for 20 min? 2/ Headphones or not? I would like to explore more visualizations. Your voice is good not distracting !

      I felt it way better with headphones on. Initially the keeping eyes rolled up seemed little tough for me. But after a couple of times, i noticed that my eyes were unconsciously rolled up when she started pulling out of the alpha state

      It's better to keep the eyes up, but not necessary either to reach alpha. It just helps. Headphones can also help the process.

    Anyone having trouble with the breathing part in the beginning? I always feel like i need to take another in breath when being asked to let everything out and feel calmer, but my body just feels stressed (because i need to breathe)

      Do what feels right. It’s okay if you need another breath, over time you will find your breath center.

      Visualization is a skill that can take time. Often people struggle with it. But yes, you can see things when you visualize.

    Help. The lowest i get when i count from 99 backwards is 87. Then my mind wanders off. Then i have to redo it again. What should i do?

      Just keep with it. Or focus on other tools that help you access alpha. We have a wealth of meditations on our channel that help you get into alpha and not all of them involve the countdown. With time you mind will likely become more focused but other practices may work better for you too.

    I think there was very little managed guidance, the countdown should only take about a minute in the house where there was several minutes past, other than that the musicals nice and soothing

      I have adhd and countdown is extremely challenging for me, so for me, it is perfect that it is that duration as it is, sometimes even that is not enough

      I've posted about similar occurrences before. I believe this may be attributed to energy moving, stuck energy perhaps, or even just a resistance to energy.

      I remember hearing Jose Silva saying once, that if any noise or distractions arise, acknowledge it and go deeper. Years ago, after a hurricane, my neighbor had a generator running on his porch. It was so annoying. I lay on my bed and counted down from 100. Every time I was conscious of the noise, I said to myself, deeper and deeper. When I didn't hear the generator anymore, I thought to myself, maybe he cut it off. I remained relaxed and calm, enjoying a blissful feeling. When I counted up from 5 to 1, opened my eyes, the generator was as loud as ever, but much less annoying. Plus, I accepted that he had to run it for his appliances. We had no electricity. Amazing.

      Yes! Silva developed these methods and used them with his own kids. It was one of the main purposes. Kids are usually able to access these brain states easier and use them.

    Is it really important to see the images? I just can't make myself see anything at all. I don't think Im a visual type of a person 😔 Does it mean it won't work?

      Most get too caught up in what visualization should look for. Visualization is actually challenging for most, especially at the beginning. And we tend to expect too much. This is your mind's eye so it won't be the same as what you see in waking life. Stay with it, and yes it can still work. Can you begin with thought-based "visualization"? What are the details of what you desire? Begin to imagine what that looks like. What happens?

      @@SoundScienceSoul i have the same experience, when I listen to visualization meditations where I imagine a scene and environment I have no problem imagining it although it's not detailed, even with silva method I can imagine my body better than anything else cuz there's no distance between me and the thing I'm trying to visualize, I also can feel the sensations change. but when I try to project something in that distant screen in front of me, it doesn't seem to work, I can still think of that imaginary object just based on my memory but there's no sign of a picture 😇

    This is NOT Good.The music is too harsh and impossible to relax.Its not the Silva technique either.

    This is cheating! Not really Silva method, no 3-to-1, nothing. This is just count from 100 to 1 yourself, then visualize anything you want.
