Phoebe has such a difference confidence when she's filming in Singapore like when she entered the Bus A and the two people were staring at her, she just continued filming with confidence like she didn't notice them, but I just love the overall growth and confidence we are seeing from her, a Happy Queen🥳🌹

Glad to see Mel's Diner has at least partially lifted its game. We went to the one at OG Universal in LA, and, even with the bar set pretty low to "theme park food", it was awwwwful. !

@@travelforphoebe I do as well. I'm also a huge Roller Coaster person also. There's just something so magical about them that reminds us never to take ourselves too seriously.

I loved Universal Studios in Orlando. Weirdly one of the things that stuck out for me is getting a turkey leg from the "street vendor"😂.Having no head for heights I avoided the roller coasters, but still had a great time. Waterworld is not exactly the world's most celebrated movie, but that display looked so good. You look so happy there! A great watch again.

Hiya! I'm back from winter wonderland Lapland catching up on Travel for Phoebe! I'm always thrilled for your Singapore episodes, it seems such a unique city. Universal Studios has some sort of Disney vibes, I love it. That cookie was way too blue, reminds me of my sandwich at DisneySea Tokyo which was black and red. Is Singapore the country of odd foods? Seems that Singapore has some sort of Caribbean weather, unexpected storms can drop by at any time but still always warm temperatures. Seeing you happy makes me as your viewer happy as well. I was last in Singapore in 2017 and I did visit Sentosa Island, but it was raining that day and I had to pass on Universal Singapore. But it did look fun from your vantage point.

Hey Phoebe, thanks so much for this detailed video. I think this is the best on Universal Studios Singapore that I've found so far. We are headed there in April, so this couldn't have come at a better time.
I particularly appreciate the bit about how to get there via a cable car. It's super helpful since I was thinking about how me and my 5yo boy will get to the theme park from our hotel. He loves cable cars/gondolas and also doesn't yet know I'm taking him to Universal Studios (it's a surprise). He'll be delighted!
Also love the suggestion about picking up an outrageous piece of head gear at the start of the trip, that would jazz it all up even more!

So excited to find your channel, travelling to Singapore in July solo and only limited time. I had decided to give it universal studios a miss but watching this and the inner child in me tells me I have to fit it in!!! I can't be that close to a Universal studios and not visit right?😄
Oh amazing!! You're going to have the best time. Singapore is great for solo travel - super safe and plenty to do! AND if you go to Universal solo you can take advantage of the 'solo rider' lanes :)

Hi Phoebe, thank you for sharing details. Yours is the most recent update, so it's super helpful. I m travelling in few days with my husband, toddler n kid. I am bit apprehensive as is it worth visiting with kids. And someone told me express pass is a must.

How long did you stay in the USS and how many rides did you go to?

Don't think I would go on the rapid adventures ride... it looks like the one they had at Dreamworld in Australia.
I just went to uss today and it was amazing! surprisingly not crowded since its school holidays, but i think it will be worse on fri to sunday! i took a total of 28 rides, which is a lot since i usually only manage about 6, maybe 10 at best! i took human many times(around 10!) and would have taken cylone more than once if the waiting room wasnt so scary... the jurassic park river rapids is good but rather scary, esp at the surprise! bring raincoats if u dont have extra shirts since there is a 60 percent chance of getting wet and my friend got soaked the time we decided not to wear raincoats! could probably have gotten 30 rides but i lost my wallet and spent too much time finding it...food is really expensive though, and youll prob get really thirsty. i say enchanted airways and human were the best rides. fast paced but not overly scary( im a daredevil when it comes to roller coasters tho) other than the first drop! i think if you want express, you should buy it on the actual day, since it might not be so crowded and you can observe the crowd on the actual day( dont recommend unless its sch hols) honestly it was pretty great other than me losing my wallet... but thats totally my fault and i found it eventually so it was pretty great overall! early access is pretty worth it since although early access is only limited to two rides, whe the parks officially open, there are basically no queues at the first 3-4 rides you take! it was honestly much better than previous experiences here since there were not many people!

You purchased the Express Pass right on spot or did you have to pre-book it online cause when I try to book one they were running out of them. And how much does it cost to buy it at spot?
I bought it once I was inside and I’m so sorry but I can’t remember the cost! 😌🙏🏼 It may have been around $80-$100SGD from memory (a Google search might confirm the exact price for you or some lovely person may have made a TikTok about the express passes)

The easiest thing to do is, when you get off the cable car, just ask the staff. They’ll point you in the direction. It’s well signed and a short walk.
