      @@shelbzzf hahaha! I love it! I usually go for the cravings box but also really enjoy the spicy potato tacos, chalupa, and cheesy gordita crunch! If they ever bring the nacho box back, I'll be all over that too!

    How did their assessment of 51 fit with what your watch says? And what does your watch say for HR when you go hard out? Does their assessment of 159 max fit with your watch data? Interested to see how they compare!

      I think I learned through this that my HR zones were off when it came to my watch data (likely because I set them up wrong in the first place). They were showing a higher max at the time (but HR was honestly something I wasn't paying attention to, and when I did look at my watch in a race I always assumed my max was higher than 159 and would just tell myself to suck it up!). But the V02 max assessment was very close, watch said 50 vs. 51 in the test. Ultimately, with the watch, I think it comes down to how clean your data going into it is too. I record all of my runs on "run mode" when I should use "trail run" when I'm on trail. Fine-tuning like this will help your watch give you the most accurate feedback!
