    I didn’t realize I also needed to stretch my upper body before my workout until I sprained my shoulder just today. I would always warm up my legs before a heavy leg day so I don’t know why I didn’t think of warming up my arms for upper body day 😂 thank u, this video was v helpful!

    My feedback: spend the 5-10 minutes going through the stretches slowly. I don’t need the ideas I’d which stretches to do I need the walkthrough. I would have saved this abs used it everyday before my workout. Maybe don’t plug yourself quite so hard in such a short video. Otherwise, love the attitude, the energy, and the information. Keep it up. 🙌❤️💯

      I would suggest not doing any movements/ exercises that require that and have your shoulders looked at to rule out an underlying issue.

      That is up to you ... mobility is a great addition to the warm-up!
