Just a reminder for gym, dont mind me :p 1:16 (15 - 20 rep) 1:58 (12 - 20 rep) 2:50 (6 - 8 rep inside AND outside) 3:35 (5 - 6 rep. Squeeze elbows) Thanks for the video btw :)
Great warm up! I'm a little older, actually I'll be 60 this June, and I've noticed that I've been straining some of my muscles, lately, as I do my presses and pull ups. Hopefully, this warm up routine will help alleviate that.
I have a issue getting the bar to my chest due to a sore and very tight left delt, i believe your warmup method may help me get full range of motion . thank u
This is awesome. I searched your videos for an upper body warmup because I knew if you had one it would be one that included active mobility... and you totally delivered. Thank you!
Great Post. Ques: When you mean be 'active' in doing these warm ups -- does that mean I should 'engage' my body as though I am about take a 'punch' or 'body shot'?
Thanks for the video ,i really need to warm up better,i used to just do my excercises with lighter weights for a ton of reps ,but I hurt my shoulder last week on chest flyes cuz i went in too heavy too early so yea, that thaught me a lesson on proper warm up 😂😂
@@MindPumpTV that's the goal! A year ago I struggled to put a coat on because of terrible shoulder mobility but after a lot of work I now can comfortably do the banded dislocation!
Question ! For the banded external rotations, I've always liked to do the full ROM controlled, but instead of stopping while my elbow is still close to my body, I'll extend my elbow a little and bring the band further away from my body. I find this lights up deltoids. Is there an advantage to sticking to the strict small ROM from keeping your elbow tucked in ?
Excellent. I, like many, have a dominant subscap, so I limit the internal rotation and focus on external for the 3 external rotators (but am sure to stretch subscap☺). Other than that, I will be putting this all together for my next push day for sure!
You have no idea how to warm up. I give example and you tell me how to do it. Chest press on flat bench. My first set of my training will be 120kg. HOW I HAVE TO WARM UP TO PREPAR MY CHEST MUSCLE TO DO MY 1SR SET OF MY TRAINING WITH 120KG?

Dig that Push up variation, Scapular control is so overlooked
That it is. I love that move.
Great warm up!

Did they work ?

Lets hope so. Check back in!
I'm going to include your warm up into my routine, thanks. Also could you do a vid on less recognized stretches.
Mostly accurate Plenty more on the way!
This is awesome. I searched your videos for an upper body warmup because I knew if you had one it would be one that included active mobility... and you totally delivered. Thank you!
Best video on warm up
Superb. I’ve been searching for some great warm up exercises, particularly for chest, and these were demonstrated so clearly. Thank you!
Another one I like is hanging scapular retractions/contractions etc. Like a pullup but only from the upper back.
Colin That is a good add.
Scap Depression
I always do these before I do my weighted pullups or chinups...I call them "scapulups". Catchy hah?
Please share a video to warm up the lower body with resistance band
Love that last move. Done it before from watching adam but i like the floor and push up add on
Its very much a fusion of a few things picked up along the way, great time saver.
Which resistance do you recommend for these? Is 15kg resistance to hard?
Thank you great warm up to and very helpful for surfing
Will definitely incorporate this, been looking for a warm up, instead of making it up as I go along haha
Thank you for these warmup tips.
Super helpful ! This not only gave me a great pump in my chest workout but great intensity.
Amazing as always Danny.
ferbiano ronaldo We are glad you enjoyed bud!
Great Post. Ques: When you mean be 'active' in doing these warm ups -- does that mean I should 'engage' my body as though I am about take a 'punch' or 'body shot'?
Sid Dwivedi That’s one way to think about it. Meaning engage the musculature.

Thanks for getting straight to the point bro
Make sense! Good one, thank you!
What do you do if you can't do the last one?
THIS IS GOLD! 🔥
Thank you, Danny!

Excellent video! Will try this tmr for my UB workout.
Griffith Get after it, Griffith.
really informative video, thankyou!
Very good. Great presentation skills and demos.
Happy you liked it, Kevin.
The banded dislocation is one of my favorites right now. I've actually been doing it as a finisher as well with a heavier band on my shoulder days!
That would really be a good way to solidify that ROM and turn it into true mobility.
@@MindPumpTV that's the goal! A year ago I struggled to put a coat on because of terrible shoulder mobility but after a lot of work I now can comfortably do the banded dislocation!
Andrew Kuhn That’s badass!
EXCELLENT VIDEO
Thank you.
Thanks a lot , gonna do this tomorrow , doing legs today😊

What band though? I can never find one stretchy enough but short enough
Thank you for the warm up Tips 💪🏼

Really glad you are finding the channels advice practical.
Thank you. Great upper warm up
Lovely video man. Thanks for making it. I do have a question though. Do you take breaks between the warming up exercises?
Thanks man🤝🏻👌🏻
What are the regressions for these moves if you have shoulder injuries or poor mobility?
Can i do this before playing basketball?
Very informative 👍🏽
Really helpful! Thanks! :)
On point. Thank you :)
Where I can find that resistant bands?
love this thank you so much my upper body finally feels loose\
I feel like I've been warming up less and less over the years. Probably should reverse that.
100%. Happens to a lot of us more advanced trainees. Taking for granted the importance of a proper joint care/prep routine.
Thanks bro 👌
Enjoy!
where can I buy a set of those bands?
How many sets of each exercises?
Incredible!
Something about the cinemetography.

Same as males
Thank you for an actual fast warm up
Band pull- aparts should be done with hands/arms externally rotated.
Lars Rye Jeppesen They certainly could be.
@@MindPumpTV Thanks.. and great routine!

I agree. It opens you up even more.
Where do I get the bands
How many sets bro.

I think by keeping your elbow tucked in the focus is more on the rotator cuff muscles, while with your method (like you said) other muscles take over.
