BILL STEER !!! He was and is still is the main songwriter in Carcass and worth mentioning his name the genius in their guitar work comes from him NOT Abbot.
And the lead guit. as well. The most memorable Carcass solos are all Steer's.
His last name is Amott, not Abott. Abott brothers are from Pantera, so Amott brothers from Arch Enemy.

I wonder if your familiar with Acid Bath? A firm favourite of mine back in the mid to late 90s (and still to this day). Their guitarist played in Crowbar for a few albums and is in Goatwhore too.

I´ve listened to metal, and metal only, since about 1985, and still to this day, Incarnated Solvent Abuse is THE best metal song, and the BEST song in general, ever. It´s now July 12th 2024.
This was my first Carcass song as well. It is what got me into extreme metal all those years ago.

Really great! Usually on stage behind band hangs a large poster with the logo of the band or the new album - behind Carcass was a huge screen on which spinning videos as weird as this, and that videos was synced to the music! The skill with which they played the concert - highest! Don't miss the concert if they come to your city!
They are on my list of bands to see live for sure.

That is not true, he was with Carcass from 1990 to 1993
Ignoring the fact Amott was involved with the album, The most hilarious thing about this inaccurate comment is Amott is heavily featured in the video playing the Red Ibanez RG 550, Bill Steer used a Black Ibanez RG 500 for the album. Also it was heavily hinted by Earache records that Bill Steer did not appear in the video ( although you do see him briefly in the 2nd solo)because he actually filmed it and did not want to appear on screen shirtless.
It was pure torture to your son. Don't do it to him any more.
