You probs won’t believe this .... but I don’t think I have ever looked at a thumbnail. 😱. I see Rhiannon Ashlee vlogs come up, grab a cuppa tea and enjoy my favourite vlogger. Who else agrees? .... Merry Christmas 🎄 and thank you 😊

My loyalty to most TH-camrs is pretty fickle, I have phases of watching one person but then i find myself getting bored, or I get frustrated with the content. I've found myself always coming back to your vlogs and enjoying them. They have a cosy, calm vibe and I like that you vlog your day with no airs and graces, It's just always you and your little family and that's what makes you really special. You dont try to impress, you film the mundane, you are real and relatable. You and the Michalaks are the only vlogs I will continually watch. Thank you for doing such a great job Rhiannon 😊

clilylilyrose87 I do the same! And I must say I’m feeling less eager to watch michelaks recently but I know it’ll pass. They were the first bloggers I watched that I was like “Omg the visuals are amazing!”

Your vlogs are honestly my favorite, they're so calming and real. You and Doug are such great parents to Delilah, it honestly makes me smile big. ❤ Been watching you since FashionRocksMySocks and it's been amazing seeing your little family grow. Don't let the negativity go to your head and keep doing what you're doing!!

Rhiannon I love your vlogs so much!! Personally I honestly don’t care when you think they get repetitive. I just love watching you guys. Delilah is just the cutest little bundle. I find your vlogs so calming and grounding. I love it when I can start my day watching one of your videos. I feel it starts my day off right and puts me in the best of moods. Keep going with vlogmas and please don’t stress!
Also congratulations on your theory!!!! Xx

Rhiannon, you can get Incognito braces! they go behind the teeth and you cannot tell you have them at all. No embarrassment and it will fix your problem faster than traditional braces. You might have a lisp for like 2 weeks but thats literally the only problem.

I’m so glad you talked about your teeth and jaw again! I had braces for a couple of years before we realized that I needed jaw surgery.. I was terrified and didn’t want to get it done. I wanted them to find other ways to fix my jaw and teeth issues than surgery but they said it was the only way to completely fix potential future and more painful problems. I went through with the surgery and it was literally the best decision of my life. Yes, it was terrible, extremely painful for a few months, and I lost over 20 lbs in one month (not gonna lie to you about the pain and how much it sucked) but like I said it was the best decision of my life. It brought up my confidence, reduced headaches, lessened my anxiety and depression (mainly because my self confidence was lifted and people stopped bullying me), my jaw stopped hurting, and more important than anything I became stronger both physically and mentally. It’s a hard thing to go through, it really is, but when you get through it you realize that it was all worth it in the end and that you can basically conquer the world after what you’ve been through haha. I really hope that if you see this it helped you think a little more positively about it from someone who went through the same thing. Lots of love to you and your beautiful family 💕💜

Hey Rhiannon, I had braces when I was 12, again when I was 15 and then again at 21, and let me tell you having them as an adult isn't bad at all. I feel like the most awkward stage is mid to late teens because you've just grown out of that awkward young teen phase and you want to be all cool and mature and grown up and not associated with those little kids. But as an adult I literally couldn't have cared less. It's a bit of a hassle, sure, but really not that big of a deal in the end. I just had jaw surgery 2 weeks ago and while it was tough I'm really glad I did it. If I may give my advice I'd say go through it and invest in you health because you'll benefit from it for a lifetime!

First thing...Congratulations on passing!! So happy for you!! Second...your home is coming along so wonderfully and I know exactly what you mean by the joy of pulling off painter’s tape, I have painted a lot of walls, ceilings and trim in a lot of houses I have lived in. Third...thank you so much for being my mental health and wellness break in this crazy month. I work three jobs including retail sales and this month is madness and mayhem personified. Thank you for being your charming and delightful self, reminding me that I am not the only one who has a brain that can’t shut off, and for being delightfully quirky...I loved your pose in the cardigan, t-shirt and jeans. I love that you can laugh at yourself, and yes, I have been around since the early days. Keep the lovely videos coming, you are still my absolute favourite TH-camr. Cheers

Rhiannon I love your vlogs SO much. I couldn't care less about the thumbnail and title (& its completely fine that you care so much, try not to be so hard on yourself x). You are REAL, you show lovely cut aways from different angles etc and it feels so raw and like we're genuinly spending the day with you. Please keep doing what you're doing, do YOU and don't let any pressure get you down. Your family is beautiful, it's so fun watching your new home adventure, and its so fun seeing the 'repetitive' every day things because thats real life, the same as I experience every day. Sending you lots of Christmas love :) xx

Your videos are calming me so well. I have been really depressed and anxious lately since my boyfriend of almost 3 years is about to move in another country for work. And we both want to make our relationship work and so on but I can't stop feeling very overwhelmed and sad. Your videos are the only thing that are keeping me on a decent sanity level. Much love to your family, Rhiannon!!

Id love for you to film a weekly video where you do a veggie shop at the beginning of the week then each day show us what meals you like to cook using them. I was brought up with pretty simple meals and lots of frozen foods, I wouldn’t know where to start with a butternut squash unless I googled it lol i have a baby girl and id love to be able to make lots of yummy, healthy meals using some more extravagant (as I call them lol) ingredients and I feel like I could learn a lot from you. Your videos are so chilled and inspiring. I’ve watched your videos since you stayed with your parents and I feel like you’ve influenced me a lot when it comes to how I chose to raise my daughter. You three make a gorgeous little family. Delilah is so lucky to have you as her mummy xx

Hi Rhiannon, I just wanted to chime in about jaw clenching and orthodontic work. I had very crooked/crowded bottom teeth and a misaligned jaw. I went through braces as a teenager, and Invisalign as an adult. I've purchased numerous orthotics from my orthodontist to realign my jaw and tons of mouth guards to protect my teeth. All of these things helped to some degree, as now I have straight teeth and a fairly aligned jaw, but I still clench like a crocodile every night in my sleep. The mouth guards only make me clench more, but at least they protect my teeth. I still get muscle pain, headaches, earaches, and sensitive teeth. It sucks, really. So much money down the tubes. What it comes down to, honestly, is anxiety maintenance. I still struggle with it badly, and somehow, clenching my jaw at night is...comforting? Habit? Not sure, but I feel it will always be there until I can learn to properly relax 😕😬😖

I feel you with the braces thing. I also need corrective jaw surgery and braces if I want perfect teeth and massively regret not doing it in my teens. BUT, I’ve found it really helpful to tell myself I don’t NEED braces. I NEED braces if I want perfect teeth and that’s not the same thing. It stops me overthinking it and maybe in the future when I have more time and money I may get it done. But for now, I’m embracing my appearance, wonky teeth and all!

Congratulations on passing your theory test! I just got my learner's licence on Wednesday (I assume it's the equivalent of your theory test?) so now I just need to learn how to drive 🙈I have a mouthguard for when I sleep and they're not the most comfortable thing ever but they do help. I would recommend just getting braces though, I personally love how they look so you'd look ultra cute with them while sorting out the jaw pain! Loving your vlogmas, can't wait for the next one 💕

Hey Rhiannon! Currently going through the same problem as you. I had an appointment with the orthodontist when I was 15 who told me I had jaw problems and braces wouldn’t fix it without surgery. I assumed I would have the surgery soon but when I had appointments with the hospital they told me that they wouldn’t see me until I turned 18 to see if my teeth were still moving which they were (most likely the same would’ve happen to you) they also told me the surgery would change my nose (I think the tip of it) and I would have to be at home for 2 weeks and have my mum look after me as well as having a checkup fortnightly to check my braces. my last appointment was in March and I’m now 19, the side of jaw which I use the most has become so worn down, it’s very sensitive and I think one tooth is used the most and is wobbling a lot, I now have a dead tooth with a hole and I struggle to keep my teeth shut. Sorry for my long comment but I wanted to let you know my experience so far so you could decide what’s right for you, i don’t have the same situation as you with having Delilah and a new home. But I hope your sensitive teeth improves!!!

6:36 omg i feel you. i recently had my first wisdom tooth break through. It took almost the entire year but then i had this week recently were it kept growing out and my jaw really hurt from it. It went away and the tooth itself never hurt but i always focus so much on it that i end up being really tense in my jaw and basically everywhere else. It's still not fully grown out which makes me even more anxious because i know i should go to the dentist and at least get it checked out. But i read so many bad stories online that i'm now terrified of going to the dentist. I used to be so scared when i was a child and i got bad teeth because i wouldn't wanna go but i had it fixed when i was a preteen and eversince that time i don't have this huge fear anymore because i know every appointment is the same and nothing ever hurts. I even had my last 2 baby teeth pulled out and it was honestly no problem at all. But now i'm so scared that i have to get it removed and it's gonna be like the stories i read online. But at the same time i know i have to get it out because my jaw will probably be better again and i won't be so obsessive about it. Lol someone please tell me it's not that bad so i can finally go and get it checked.

I used to get headaches EVERYDAY literally all the time, and the doctor said it was 'stress' etc etc, but somehow it clicked that I do grind my teeth a lot during the night and clench my jaw like all the time, so it clicked that that's probably what its from! So I got a splint/retainer thing made to wear at nighttime and its really stopped my headaches and even some of the sensitivity in my teeth!! xxx

That's how my grinding started. I now have braces, but I'll need a mouthguard style alligner. I've got 18 months of ceramic clear braces. It's expensive, but I regretted it so much since I was a kid. I'm 31 and I'm just doing it. :) Had them 6 months, bit of pain on having them adjusted, but so worth it. Hoping it stops my grinding.

How stupid that they put the foodshop in bags... I completely understand you haha. In my country we have a supermarket who puts it in crates and you pay some deposit for them. With your next food shop you can give the empty ones back and you get your money back. It works awesome! And it's just a really big regular supermarket, not a organic one or anything!

Have a look at the company Abel & Cole. We've been using them for around 5 months and they're great. Most fruit and veg are grown in this country and are organic and seasonal. They sell other foods on their website like pantry items and chilled food. Better to give your money to an organic company who care about the environment and animals than a big supermarket like Tesco!

Great vlog, as always 🤗 I love your hair, and have wondered for a while now wether you might actually have naturally curly hair? My mom has similar hair to yours and once she switched to the curly girl method, her hair got really curly! 😅

One of my girlfriends who's 25 has braces and has had them for a year or so. She just completely went with it, made it her thing and flashed those braces because... why not just love them. And honestly, in a way they suit her. It's just so cool that she just decided to not give a fuck. So don't worry. If you don't get it done now you'll probably just regret it later in life.

Dentist is one of my top three fears! I can’t stand going, and I have had numerous teeth issues since I was 7 years old, now 32 :(

I feel you regarding braces! But I have to say even tho I had adult braces and it was horrific at the beginning and during, the end result makes it all so so worth it - you feel shit for however long (which seems like forever) but I was so selfconisous about my teeth and now I don’t have to have an even more intense surgery when I go for my crowns next year which has been a surgery I’ve been waiting for since I got my temporaries 15 years ago and just my teeth now I love them so much

At the age of 22 I had train track braces and when my teeth were ready and straight I had top and bottom jaw surgery to align my jaw. I was scared as it's a big deal BUT it is the best decision I ever made. The surgery and recovery was not as scary as I thought and recovery was easier than I ever imagined. Obviously some days were harder than other but it was worth it.

I'm in America here and had to have all my teeth fix six months before I turned 23 where I got kicked off my parents insurance. So glad I did it as it's been two year now and hardly have any problems with my teeth. Also I use sensodine and it's the best sensitive tothpaste

+ I think its totally fine for an adult to have braces. I actually know quite a few people who got braces as adults! After all it's 2018! 😅😂

Oh teeth are a funny thing I was told I Grindr my teeth in my sleep by the dentist and I didn’t believe he at all until a few weeks later I woke up as if I had been punched in the jaw and a good night of grinding I had sent all the nervous in to spasm. Lasted a few days and I got the gum shield. I had a brace years ago and a retainer which was fine. But the gum sheiks is all full it’s comfortable but makes your mouth fill up with split so I felt like I needed to swallow all the time and couldn’t get to sleep so it now lines next to bed and luckily haven’t had a relapse for a while so just a warning if you do decided to go down that route as may be a total waste of money xxxx
