When I was 11 my dad took my tablet for a entire month, and I didn't cry, I didn't have phone, no social medias, only me and my friends laughing at it. I can already tell people they’re not really missing out on anything if they’ve never eaten peanut butter and jelly sandwiches… I mean yes, it’s a good combo, but it’s not really something I’d eat everyday: A. Sometimes jelly gets squeezed out when biting, leaving the peanut butter inside. B. Peanut butter can get stuck to your teeth depending on how thick it is. C. Making it is a pain in the butt, this is mainly with the peanut butter, because sometimes you have to stir it with a spoon if you haven’t eaten it in a long time, and sometimes I need to use two different butter knives because I don’t want to my peanut butter and jelly together inside the jars (also because of a bit of OCD I have). Overall, there’s plenty of stuff out there that are better than peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, I can name at least ten things.

Peoples always self-diagnose themselves with depression, anxiety, and sh-t like that. When they have no symptoms of it, along with basically bragging abt having it, or saying it for attention. I was diagnosed by an actual doctor with depression and anxiety. You think I like that sh-t? Hell no. I don’t like feeling like sh-t for no reason in particular. I don’t like the feeling everyone around me is staring at me or talking abt me. I take medication for depression and anxiety. Makes me a lot calmer and a lot better. Do I want people to feel bad for me? Absolutely not. It’s something that a lot of people go through daily, with or without medication. Some aren’t even diagnosed yet, but have it and don’t know. You think people with actual depression like talking abt it? No. The only reason I really talk abt it, is when talking to a therapist or making jokes abt it.
As a Gen Z kid, I can confirm that yes, we are hopeless. Edit: I've thought on it more, and it genuinely scares me that our generation might rule countries one day. That is a day I hope not to see. Edit 2: I’ve met several people like myself, and have seen a growing number of people who act real (probably not the best word but you probably know what I mean). I think there is hope for my generation.

I can already tell people they’re not really missing out on anything if they’ve never eaten peanut butter and jelly sandwiches… I mean yes, it’s a good combo, but it’s not really something I’d eat everyday:
A. Sometimes jelly gets squeezed out when biting, leaving the peanut butter inside.
B. Peanut butter can get stuck to your teeth depending on how thick it is.
C. Making it is a pain in the butt, this is mainly with the peanut butter, because sometimes you have to stir it with a spoon if you haven’t eaten it in a long time, and sometimes I need to use two different butter knives because I don’t want to my peanut butter and jelly together inside the jars (also because of a bit of OCD I have).
Overall, there’s plenty of stuff out there that are better than peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, I can name at least ten things.

Peoples always self-diagnose themselves with depression, anxiety, and sh-t like that. When they have no symptoms of it, along with basically bragging abt having it, or saying it for attention. I was diagnosed by an actual doctor with depression and anxiety. You think I like that sh-t? Hell no. I don’t like feeling like sh-t for no reason in particular. I don’t like the feeling everyone around me is staring at me or talking abt me. I take medication for depression and anxiety. Makes me a lot calmer and a lot better. Do I want people to feel bad for me? Absolutely not. It’s something that a lot of people go through daily, with or without medication. Some aren’t even diagnosed yet, but have it and don’t know. You think people with actual depression like talking abt it? No. The only reason I really talk abt it, is when talking to a therapist or making jokes abt it.
