The far-Left doesn't just want abortions to just be _legalised_, they legitimately want abortions to be _celebrated_. It's really messed up. They also tell people they are awful if they bring children into "this horrible world", or they shouldn't have children because of climate change, etc. They also encourage women to not have a family. Pushing women to focus on a career, instead. Encouraging women to be promiscuous (while using contraceptives or abortions), which entirely destroys a person's ability to pair-bond and have a successful future relationship. The Left mocks religious families for having lots of children. The Left insults stay-at-home mothers with working husbands.
How can anyone be against the continuation of their own species?
That is such an affront to nature that it's hard to put into perspective.
(And yes, I know the Leftist "logical" talking points about why people shouldn't have kids, and they're all entirely ridiculous.)
Being against your species reproducing is anti-existence, anti-life itself.
I'm all for abortions being legal, but strictly on the grounds of personal bodily and medical autonomy. That is the right. There is no right to "abortion", that's not something that exists in nature. Abortions should absolutely not be "recommended" or "encouraged" in any situation other than risk of death to the mother. Abortions certainly shouldn't be treated as "just another contraceptive". It's certainly *not* a "contraceptive" when you do actually get yourself pregnant, but then decide to end your child's life. The Left also claims that the child isn't alive until it is born, which is ridiculous. If the baby is not alive, then what does the woman feel moving and kicking inside her? Adults and babies are both "clumps of cells". That's called "biological life". It's what we are. Cellular colonies. Already many states have passed laws where you can "abort" the baby even after it is a full term, successfully delivered, healthy baby living outside its mother. To anyone with more empathy than a sociopath, this is considered to be child murder.
The Leftist policy positions are factually anti-life/anti-child/anti-family, so the lifephobic/childphobic/babyphobic lines would actually make sense in this case (so of course it won't catch on, only the stupidest phobias are promoted by the Left).
In case you're wondering, no, I'm not on the Right or the Left. My viewpoints do not match up with either the Left or the Right's black-and-white viewpoints on any political topic. I think for myself and have nuanced beliefs. My moral code does not change based on what situation it is being applied to. I am firmly against politics as a whole, as it represents the systematic division of society. It's the ages old control system of "divide and conquer" used for thousands of years.

Real talk, I come from one of the most “oppressed” group of people on earth and not only do I never bring it up in real world conversation but I feel like Gen Z making dumb things to be victims about makes would make me talking about serious Native American issues fall on desensitized ears.

The Left actively supports racial segregation in offices, schools, and apartments. They claim it is to keep the evil white people away from the traumatised minorities, but it's still racial segregation.
Also of note is that almost all Planned Parenthoods are in poor black neighbourhoods, and almost all abortions in the USA are of black babies. They pay black women more financial support if they ditch their man, and somewhere around 70% of black mothers are single mothers, most of them on government welfare. Go back a couple generations and you had amazingly strong black families, now you have fatherless homes producing promiscuous girls and criminal boys. Black families have been utterly smacked down by Leftist political policies since the 1960s.
The problems the Left claims to be helping fight against (racism, sexism, etc.) are actually being actively promoted and built-up by the Left. It's ridiculous.

@@trendkill1891 I try to listen to as many viewpoints as possible, and yes, I have listened to several hours of Jordan Peterson talking on various subjects. He seems to understand biology and politics really well, and I appreciate his solid use of calm logic over aggressively attacking things he doesn't like.
I am not a fan of "adult screamers" no matter what viewpoints they are expressive, lol. I don't get how adults can scream at people over small things, and think this is "normal" behaviour.
People are supposed to move past toddlerhood, but are now actively being taught to stay there lifelong: Self-entitled, hating and yelling at whatever is disagreed with, never listening to opposing viewpoints, unable to handle constructive criticism, no thoughts for the wellbeing of others, etc.
I don't follow any religion, personally, so I'm not as keen on JP's religious stuff, but he almost always presents it in an interesting and thoughtful way. I am very much into actual diversity, including diversity of religion.

Most of my friends are black, and they all believe in systematic racism, yet they all go to an expensive private school and they've never been told once something racist. My family were refugees from Cuba when Jimmy Carter let them in, (i was born here) and they went from poverty to the point that my dad had 9 dollars at one point and my mother wearing rags to an amazing job, life, marriage, and experience. That's why i get so mad when people talk about how racist the country is, because every single time they say that they've probably never experienced it themselves, because if they had, they would understand how you can get around it and still make it in this country like my parents did.

As a Gen Z (13 years old, so on the younger side but still), I apologize. Sometimes it feels like only a few of us realize how horrible we are.
First of all, we're not "chaotic". We're teenagers (sometimes) being teenagers. But honestly, some of the "chaotic" things we do seem straight-up MEAN.
Second, for once, I can unironically say that it IS, in fact, that dang phone. I don't mean people with depression and other mental health issues - usually, that's genuine. I mean that most of the toxic ones got their awful behaviors from hanging out on places like Twitter and TikTok.
Third, what seems to be concerning to me is *our future kids.* Sure, "haha funny gen z as parents" can be, well... funny, but let's stop and think about how they'll *actually* act. Right now, it seems that the older ones are having a hard time growing up. They might have kids too early, and while they probably won't outright ABUSE them, on purpose at least (one of the good parts of being on the internet all the time is being able to recognize abuse earlier on), they might be too irresponsible to raise them correctly.
So yeah, in conclusion, Gen Z agrees that Gen Z is cringe.
I’m gen z too and My parents didn’t get me and my bro a phone until recently because school basically required us too. Kids in middle-school always made fun of me for it but at least I grew up without it. I may be dumb but at least I got some common sense.

I used to be alt right so I get what you mean, even though it was basically the opposite. Now I'm LGBT and center left so I guess my bigotry was internalized all along. 🙂 But yeah, I'm far from a blue haired feminist. I believe in equal rights and all that and am an egaltarian, but overall I seek facts, logic, truth, and justice above all else. Not feelings, which means I do reaserch and like to see both sides before I determine who's right and who's wrong in a situation, and always ask for sources when someone makes a claim I disagree with. I read studies and learn from the experts, and I refuse to "cancel" someone unless it's proven that they're guilty and even then I would never participate in doxxing or death threats. I don't believe in the racist tenants of critical race theory but also acknowledge America's racist history and work to make change in the world and fix our world's problems. So yeah, I'm pretty based. The REAL kind of based and not the crazy Alt-Right based where people call absolutely insane tenants as "based" even though they're clearly bigoted.
