And in the second mission of the DLC, he makes a note on how Magadan "needs new peacekeepers". It isn't stated why but it's theorized they fell over the Bering Strait. Especially when Cobb stated in the very same mission that they sent half the Magadan air force to get shot down over that furball. (Probably before Sicario showed up.)
Captain Woodward is just too pure for this world, despite of been an absolute Madlad and a maniac, he does have a code of honor and always tries to appeal for a peaceful outcome whatever he can, he did here by requesting a cease fire so the Cascadian Forces could retreat, and he also did in mission "Red Sea" before engaging against the Federation's Blockade, both petitions ended up been rejected unfortunally.
This also recontextualizes his frustrations during Presidia when talking about the escaping fed troops from the sea prior to the ceasefire. My man has stayed consistent throughout this bloody conflict.
I really wish this would’ve been a full campaign and not just 6 missions. I’ve not played it myself bc no PS5(only youtube) but just being able to fully experience like 15 or so missions as a Federation pilot would’ve been even more awesome.

But the fact that Faust says that it's only "a few men" means that the Cascadian military must've been gigantic if 50.000 infantries is only "a few". No wonder the Feds didn't spare a second to attack every single Cascadian military unit the moment Cascadia declares independence, the Feds probably knew they couldn't win a war against the entire Cascadian war machine so they destroyed as much as possible before their engines fired up.

While the normal Peacekeeper themes haven't really been very hopeful, this sounds downright bloodthirsty at times. At this point, both sides of the war wanted each other's heads, and it reflects in the emotion of the music. Very nice work, Pavli.
Agreed. this just shows how Cascadia was willing to do to ensure their independence from the Federation. To me this game showed outside the mercenary perspective of what the Feds had to really deal with.. Suicide charges from the Cascadian Forces as Faust's influence made it clear they were out for blood and wanted to kill as many Feds or die trying. Makes me think of how the ending in Project Wingman went.
I like how up until now, as you begin to see the Pacific Federation and Cascadian Republic in different lights, this mission and music remind you: "your former allies may not be as saintly as you thought, but your current allies still are not either." Sill though, if only Captain Woodward had included in his truce request a promise to keep those forces out of the Cascadian war itself...
Given that Wild Boar had eliminated a large Federation unit that was retreating earlier on in the war and that the Black Eagles were about to redeploy to Cascadia if they got away, it's not really that hard to understand why Crystal Kingdom shot down Woodward's surrender and decided to press their advantage. No one's a saint in the war, but this is just plain karma for the Cascadians. The Feds were just collecting what they were owed in *blood* .
I mean, why accept a ceasefire with a force that will just redeploy against you in another theatre, while you have the advantage and capability to take them out *now*. Surrender's pretty much the only protected option the Cascadians had and they didn't take it.

Good to see someone else caught that critical flaw whith his request. Surrender or internment in a neutral country might have made Crystal Kingdom accept it, but well, he didn't give them those options, and look what happened.
The Marines and Cascadian soldiers there are more loyal to the cause (Faust) than they are to the chain of command, if Woodward painted it AS a tactical retreat, rather than a surrender the Marines might have accepted it, he was hoping that the Feds saw this.
According to jose pavli, the organ is usually attached to crimson team, considering steel squadron is here and crimson team are only mentioned in this mission, I'd say the organ has expanded to instead be the instrument attached to the federation peacekeepers

Tbh, K-9 is a squadron on the level of a Peacekeeper, if not--- no, Driver is Wingman's Mobius 1 [Monarch is Wingman's Cipher], definitely beyond them. It's a "You're the Peacekeepers now" moment. What's really funny is after this "I was with the Crown when we hit the Apodock. There's no Peacekeepers to save you this time" on the next mission. Oh no, you poor bastards, there's far *worse* than Peacekeepers this time- a pilot that matches, or maybe even exceeds Monarch himself. Driver is definitely the fed's best pilot, a veteran of Oceania, and well, given his status as Player, an even match for Monarch. Crimson was nothing.

[Only a PC can match a PC, and there's no real point in saying who's better than who among PCs, because it's "who are you currently"] Crimson is just some showboy Airshow pilot [he fucking fights you in Airshow livery] with a complex. He's nothing and Driver can outfly him just as hard as Monarch does.
@@AirshipCanon2 Crimson 1 is directly mentioned as being one of the primary shitwreckers from the Oceania conflict, so he's not just a poster boy, and he's likely a better pilot than any of the non-player characters. Driver's better, but not as outright bloodthirsty or fanatical, which somewhat masked an outright terrifying level of talent. It was only when the mercenaries dared to push into Magadan airspace that Driver really cut loose, because this time shit was going down in his own back yard, and he wasn't having _any_ of it.

By The Way, This wasnt a War Crime by the Federation. Attacking Fleeing Soldiers is allowed according to the Geneva Convention. If you wish not to be harmed you would Surrender (Which Woodward Didnt, he just asked to withdraw the forces) . Its Allowed to follow up and engage unless they surrender, then it would be a war crime. Lets be honest too, After the Massive Loss at Bearing Strait this was a welcome Opportunity to deal the Cascadians a Major Blow in terms of Naval and Ground Forces which the Federation happily took. (It makes Tactically also sense to destroy the fleet thats probably going to be in your way when you transport your forces over) In the End this is to Blame on General Faust who gave up the Command and allowed the Federation Units to move up so close to the Cascadian units that surrender would have been the Only Option. But Woodward made the Mistake to misjudge this Situation and thought the Federation would still allow it. (afaik he didnt knew Faust blew up all the Cordium Infrastructure and what else she did there) Cascadians should have just surrenderd to be honest. As Bookie said " It Always ends up like this, someone wins and someone loses." Still Insanely Good Soundtrack for the situation. Knowing The Cascadians arent allowed to escape and they wont surrender... its Just bloodshed and Death now.
Not only that; Captain Woodward didn't even offer a surrender; he offered for a momentary ceasefire. No document pertaining to the Laws and Customs of War dictates that those must be accepted.
To be pedantic, I need to confirm. Federation Command basically issued a no quarter order here. From what little I read, no quarter is considered a warcrime. Though I would assume no quarter is only on the event that the enemy surrenders, which Cascadia didn't. Just needed to confirm this.
Crystal Kingdom when being asked for a ceasefire would be like; We just remembered the part where our transpot planes got shot down on the strait, Magadan is currently being schorched earth, and the raid of Sawaiiki that led the kingdom refuse to make full cooperation. We're not going to allow a fully armed Cascadian forces back and obviously reinforce the siege at Prospero and then Presidia.

The build up to what sounds like Project Wingman's version of Giuseppe Verdi's Dies irae amidst the familiar leitmotif that almost felt like it's struggling to rise was chilling. The presence of numerous Peacekeeper Squadrons, K9, the Federation Forces and RTO certainly heralded the Day of Wrath to the Cascadian Marines, Woodward, and any merc that remained. Good work!

Chances are, after all of things happened in Magadan they're reservists. Only needed when the situation is dire. The only time we ever see them again if Monarch decided to soar to the Cascadian's Rubicon known as Oceania.

There actually were no war crimes committed during this mission. Captain Woodward requested a momentary ceasefire, not a surrender. The former is not required by any law and custom of war to be accepted. Not only that, but if the Federation did accept it, those forces would've been redeployed to Cascadia to further assail the Federation.
I just have to make another comment about this track after listening to it multiple times. I don't think Ace Combat will ever have music like this in their games. While there is dark elements in Ace Combat games, this is like a mix of Dark Souls and Armored Core. It's such a unique sound that if listened to with no context, people would never guess it's for an aircombat game. The base game had these elements to but this one fully leans into it's darker elements and I love it. When this comes to Spotify, this will be the first track I get.
I mean, of course, this game shows a more darker outcome. You could say that project wingman soundtrack leans more to assault horizon, tho I hope someday ace combat will drop a similar narrative

@@JudgeAnnibal The second the briefing for the Glatistant mission mentioned searching for WMDs, I fucking _knew_ shit was gonna get ugly. That's the Iraq War all over again, except this time against an enemy that's notoriously skilled, proud, and tenacious. It was always going to devolve into a mess of borderline war crimes, and someone was going to reach for the nuke button at some point or another.
Woodward is a well-intentioned but misguided leader. The game wants this to be a "Warcrime Level", but it honestly isn't at all. If the Cascadians are perfectly okay with shooting down retreating solders so they can't redeploy elsewhere, the Federation is _required_ to respond in kind. To do otherwise would be to waste the lives of your own troops. Real warcrimes are pretty basic though. Bombing that Mosque in Pipeline Destruction actually is a warcrime, but most people who play through AC7 don't even know it exists. On second consideration; I don't think that the Cascadians would ever surrender after this point. Many of the Cascadians would be facing warcrime charges for the purposeful targeting and destruction of civilian infrastructure if they did. Some dialogue in an earlier level also suggests that the Cascadians were preventing any refugees from evacuating the towns along the seized beachhead (or possibly worse).
@@joya8292I'd be surprised if that was programmed in. Transports and helicopters have literally no AI other than waypoint navigation, and only fighters, cruise missiles, and airships have any amount of dynamic AI due to the scope of the development team.

In the third final mission after dealing with a simple federation outpost your AWACS gets a singular federation pilot approaching at high speeds. One of your teammates you’ve grown close to thinks nothing of it and starts to speed towards the target. Then to you and your teammates horror your ally gets outmaneuvered and shot down like a dog. On your HUD this pops up “WARNING WARNING DO NOT ENGAGE!!! HIGH VALUE PEACEKEEPER HELLHOUND HAS ENTERED THE AO!!! FULL RETREAT IS ORDERED!!!” Sure you can fight him, but once you do it seems like nothing you do has little effect, but is still an impressive feat. And yet to It is boring but child’s play so you have no choice, but to retreat. In the final mission you and your allies, the cascadian military are done with this and are out for fed blood. All that remains is the capital of the Federation. The assault begins. fire, ash, and lead rains from the sky falling onto the hell which is now the ground. Even to anyone that managed to survive presidia this is worse than they could imagine. As the final push is almost over in the distance a single blip of a plane pops up on everyone’s radar. You begin to hear on the cascadian panic and fear as this pilot begins to maneuver around the battlefield seemingly changing the tide of the battle. Shooting down Fighters, Bombers, and Airships. The Feds did nothing wrong here, if the Cascadians surrendered then they'd have accepted. Asking "please let us leave unharmed so we can rejoin the main war effort against you depsite your obvious advantage in this battle and there being no benefit to accepting this request"
They had basically next to no ability to fight back. This isn’t combat. This isn’t fighting an enemy that’s actively trying to kill you. It’s a massacre plain and simple. The Feds did do something wrong here. And that thing was massacring people who had next to no ability to fight back. Nor the will to. They just wanted to leave and go home. And the Feds instead decided to go full Makarov mode and “No Russian” them. Hell what they did was most certainly a war crime and probably violating the Geneva Convention. Those troops were battered, injured, and were next to if not fully combat ineffective. It’s like going into a field hospital and executing all of the wounded soldiers inside. Like the Imperial Japanese did. They have no ability to fight back. If the UN and the ICC still existed in their timeline the Feds would have hell to pay. And post war many soldiers of their army and their leadership would be rotting in a prison cell for war crimes. You have to realize that most if not all of those troops weren’t unharmed and were probably severely injured, maimed, and had no will to fight. Again they just wanted to go home back to their families or whoever they had waiting for them… It’s probably likely that most of that force wouldn’t be in a shape to fight on the front lines ever again. Some may have to be in wheelchairs for the rest of their lives or have permanent damage to their bodies or permanent disabilities. There is benefit to accepting their request. The benefit is maintaining your morality and a clear conscience. And also not going to prison post war for what you did here. This is my counter to your statement. I understand not wanting to potentially give the enemy back manpower to continue the war with but this isn’t right. It’s too far. What happened here is an example of going too far. It’s no longer destroying the enemy’s resources, it’s a massacre. You can hear it in the soundtrack! What it conveys is “What you’re doing here isn’t right, it’s horrifyingly wrong.” But of course, good soldiers ALWAYS have to follow orders right? Even when what you’re doing is immoral and wrong… right? It makes you think “Are you really the good guy?” “Is what you’re doing really necessary?” (At least that’s how I see it.) This mission makes you realize that the Feds aren’t the good guys at all. And it gets nailed in even harder in the final mission. That’s all I have to say. This part of the mission made me almost cry. Woodward tried his hardest to get those that survived back home to their families but all the Feds gave him is what amounted to “No Russian” and killed the survivors to a man. Not a single ounce of mercy given. Yes they’re the enemy. But they’re still human beings! They didn’t deserve this. This was merciless butchery. Not war. They didn’t have to die. If I remember correctly by that point in the mission it was only trucks left. They had no ability to fight back. Yet the Feds went and decided, “Hmm, nah. Kill them all. >:)” Oh how much I wanted to reach through the screen and strangle the Fed that made that decision after that. In fact I wished to bathe their entire nation in holy nuclear hellfire more than I ever did beforehand for them causing a second calamity.

Although I'm a little saddened that Frontline-59 was released for PS only(so far), what I'm really excited for is that this means we get to hear more of Jose Pavil's amazing work. Listening to this made me feel like I'm an ACE in the skies out for blood in the middle of an adrenaline rush filled dogfight dodging missiles left and right laying waste to any enemy target that is unfortunate enough to cross my sights. Captain Woodward is just too pure for this world, despite of been an absolute Madlad and a maniac, he does have a code of honor and always tries to appeal for a peaceful outcome whatever he can, he did here by requesting a cease fire so the Cascadian Forces could retreat, and he also did in mission "Red Sea" before engaging against the Federation's Blockade, both petitions ended up been rejected unfortunally.

This also recontextualizes his frustrations during Presidia when talking about the escaping fed troops from the sea prior to the ceasefire.

But the fact that Faust says that it's only "a few men" means that the Cascadian military must've been gigantic if 50.000 infantries is only "a few". While the normal Peacekeeper themes haven't really been very hopeful, this sounds downright bloodthirsty at times.
At this point, both sides of the war wanted each other's heads, and it reflects in the emotion of the music. Very nice work, Pavli.
Agreed. this just shows how Cascadia was willing to do to ensure their independence from the Federation. To me this game showed outside the mercenary perspective of what the Feds had to really deal with.. Suicide charges from the Cascadian Forces as Faust's influence made it clear they were out for blood and wanted to kill as many Feds or die trying. Makes me think of how the ending in Project Wingman went.

I like how up until now, as you begin to see the Pacific Federation and Cascadian Republic in different lights, this mission and music remind you: "your former allies may not be as saintly as you thought, but your current allies still are not either." Sill though, if only Captain Woodward had included in his truce request a promise to keep those forces out of the Cascadian war itself...
Not sure it would’ve worked. Maybe a mass surrender but Crystal Kingdom can be pretty bloodthirsty, as seen by their actions not a week later.
Given that Wild Boar had eliminated a large Federation unit that was retreating earlier on in the war and that the Black Eagles were about to redeploy to Cascadia if they got away, it's not really that hard to understand why Crystal Kingdom shot down Woodward's surrender and decided to press their advantage. No one's a saint in the war, but this is just plain karma for the Cascadians. The Feds were just collecting what they were owed in *blood* .
I mean, why accept a ceasefire with a force that will just redeploy against you in another theatre, while you have the advantage and capability to take them out *now*. Surrender's pretty much the only protected option the Cascadians had and they didn't take it.

Good to see someone else caught that critical flaw whith his request. Surrender or internment in a neutral country might have made Crystal Kingdom accept it, but well, he didn't give them those options, and look what happened.
The Marines and Cascadian soldiers there are more loyal to the cause (Faust) than they are to the chain of command, if Woodward painted it AS a tactical retreat, rather than a surrender the Marines might have accepted it, he was hoping that the Feds saw this.

Tbh, K-9 is a squadron on the level of a Peacekeeper, if not--- no, Driver is Wingman's Mobius 1 [Monarch is Wingman's Cipher], definitely beyond them. It's a "You're the Peacekeepers now" moment.
What's really funny is after this "I was with the Crown when we hit the Apodock. There's no Peacekeepers to save you this time" on the next mission. Oh no, you poor bastards, there's far *worse* than Peacekeepers this time- a pilot that matches, or maybe even exceeds Monarch himself.
Driver is definitely the fed's best pilot, a veteran of Oceania, and well, given his status as Player, an even match for Monarch. Crimson was nothing.

By The Way, This wasnt a War Crime by the Federation.
Attacking Fleeing Soldiers is allowed according to the Geneva Convention.
If you wish not to be harmed you would Surrender (Which Woodward Didnt, he just asked to withdraw the forces) .
Its Allowed to follow up and engage unless they surrender, then it would be a war crime.
Lets be honest too, After the Massive Loss at Bearing Strait this was a welcome Opportunity to deal the Cascadians a Major Blow in terms of Naval and Ground Forces which the Federation happily took. (It makes Tactically also sense to destroy the fleet thats probably going to be in your way when you transport your forces over)
In the End this is to Blame on General Faust who gave up the Command and allowed the Federation Units to move up so close to the Cascadian units that surrender would have been the Only Option. But Woodward made the Mistake to misjudge this Situation and thought the Federation would still allow it. (afaik he didnt knew Faust blew up all the Cordium Infrastructure and what else she did there)
Cascadians should have just surrenderd to be honest.

From what little I read, no quarter is considered a warcrime. Though I would assume no quarter is only on the event that the enemy surrenders, which Cascadia didn't.

Crystal Kingdom when being asked for a ceasefire would be like; We just remembered the part where our transpot planes got shot down on the strait, Magadan is currently being schorched earth, and the raid of Sawaiiki that led the kingdom refuse to make full cooperation. We're not going to allow a fully armed Cascadian forces back and obviously reinforce the siege at Prospero and then Presidia.

The build up to what sounds like Project Wingman's version of Giuseppe Verdi's Dies irae amidst the familiar leitmotif that almost felt like it's struggling to rise was chilling. The presence of numerous Peacekeeper Squadrons, K9, the Federation Forces and RTO certainly heralded the Day of Wrath to the Cascadian Marines, Woodward, and any merc that remained.

There actually were no war crimes committed during this mission. Captain Woodward requested a momentary ceasefire, not a surrender. The former is not required by any law and custom of war to be accepted. Not only that, but if the Federation did accept it, those forces would've been redeployed to Cascadia to further assail the Federation.

I just have to make another comment about this track after listening to it multiple times. I don't think Ace Combat will ever have music like this in their games. While there is dark elements in Ace Combat games, this is like a mix of Dark Souls and Armored Core. It's such a unique sound that if listened to with no context, people would never guess it's for an aircombat game. The base game had these elements to but this one fully leans into it's darker elements and I love it. When this comes to Spotify, this will be the first track I get.
I mean, of course, this game shows a more darker outcome. You could say that project wingman soundtrack leans more to assault horizon, tho I hope someday ace combat will drop a similar narrative

That's the Iraq War all over again, except this time against an enemy that's notoriously skilled, proud, and tenacious. It was always going to devolve into a mess of borderline war crimes, and someone was going to reach for the nuke button at some point or another.

Woodward is a well-intentioned but misguided leader. The game wants this to be a "Warcrime Level", but it honestly isn't at all. If the Cascadians are perfectly okay with shooting down retreating solders so they can't redeploy elsewhere, the Federation is _required_ to respond in kind. To do otherwise would be to waste the lives of your own troops.
Real warcrimes are pretty basic though. Bombing that Mosque in Pipeline Destruction actually is a warcrime, but most people who play through AC7 don't even know it exists.
On second consideration; I don't think that the Cascadians would ever surrender after this point. Many of the Cascadians would be facing warcrime charges for the purposeful targeting and destruction of civilian infrastructure if they did. Some dialogue in an earlier level also suggests that the Cascadians were preventing any refugees from evacuating the towns along the seized beachhead (or possibly worse).
Can someone test to see if the enemy AI is programmed to stop shooting at you until you fire upon them?
@@joya8292I'd be surprised if that was programmed in. Transports and helicopters have literally no AI other than waypoint navigation, and only fighters, cruise missiles, and airships have any amount of dynamic AI due to the scope of the development team.

You and your squad are tasked with dealing with Federation remnants, completely removing the feds from the earth. In the last few missions you begin to receive radio chatter about a lone peacekeeping pilot tearing through forces like a hellhound going for its next soul to claim. In the third final mission after dealing with a simple federation outpost your AWACS gets a singular federation pilot approaching at high speeds. One of your teammates you’ve grown close to thinks nothing of it and starts to speed towards the target. Then to you and your teammates horror your ally gets outmaneuvered and shot down like a dog. On your HUD this pops up “WARNING WARNING DO NOT ENGAGE!!! HIGH VALUE PEACEKEEPER HELLHOUND HAS ENTERED THE AO!!! FULL RETREAT IS ORDERED!!!” Sure you can fight him, but once you do it seems like nothing you do has little effect, but is still an impressive feat. And yet to It is boring but child’s play so you have no choice, but to retreat.
In the final mission you and your allies, the cascadian military are done with this and are out for fed blood. All that remains is the capital of the Federation. The assault begins. fire, ash, and lead rains from the sky falling onto the hell which is now the ground. Even to anyone that managed to survive presidia this is worse than they could imagine. As the final push is almost over in the distance a single blip of a plane pops up on everyone’s radar. You begin to hear on the cascadian panic and fear as this pilot begins to maneuver around the battlefield seemingly changing the tide of the battle. Shooting down Fighters, Bombers, and Airships. The AA in the sky and ground can’t seem to hit him and when they have a lock they are immediately targeted by the aircraft. The only that may have a chance of taking down this pilot is you, since you were able to hit him before. In the final mission you and your allies, are done with this hell of a war and are out for fed blood. All that remains is the capital of the Federation. The assault begins. fire, ash, and lead rains from the sky falling onto the hell which is now the ground. Even to anyone that managed to survive presidia or prospero this is worse than the hell they’ve experienced . As the final push is almost over in the distance a single blip of a plane pops up on everyone’s radar. You begin to hear on the cascadian panic and fear as this pilot begins to maneuver around the battlefield seemingly changing the tide of the battle. Shooting down Fighters, Bombers, and Airships. The AA in the sky and ground can’t seem to hit him and when they have a lock they are immediately targeted by the aircraft. The only person Cascadia has that may have a chance of taking down this pilot is you, and ending this war, since you were able to challenge him before and survive. This whole mission gave me chills. Similarily to Consequence of Power. It really drives in the brutality of the Federation. This war is so ugly.

The Feds did nothing wrong here, if the Cascadians surrendered then they'd have accepted. Asking "please let us leave unharmed so we can rejoin the main war effort against you depsite your obvious advantage in this battle and there being no benefit to accepting this request"
They had basically next to no ability to fight back. This isn’t combat. This isn’t fighting an enemy that’s actively trying to kill you. It’s a massacre plain and simple.
The Feds did do something wrong here. And that thing was massacring people who had next to no ability to fight back. Nor the will to. They just wanted to leave and go home. And the Feds instead decided to go full Makarov mode and “No Russian” them. Hell what they did was most certainly a war crime and probably violating the Geneva Convention.
Those troops were battered, injured, and were next to if not fully combat ineffective. It’s like going into a field hospital and executing all of the wounded soldiers inside. Like the Imperial Japanese did. They have no ability to fight back. If the UN and the ICC still existed in their timeline the Feds would have hell to pay. And post war many soldiers of their army and their leadership would be rotting in a prison cell for war crimes. You have to realize that most if not all of those troops weren’t unharmed and were probably severely injured, maimed, and had no will to fight.
Again they just wanted to go home back to their families or whoever they had waiting for them… It’s probably likely that most of that force wouldn’t be in a shape to fight on the front lines ever again. Some may have to be in wheelchairs for the rest of their lives or have permanent damage to their bodies or permanent disabilities.
There is benefit to accepting their request.
The benefit is maintaining your morality and a clear conscience. And also not going to prison post war for what you did here. This is my counter to your statement. I understand not wanting to potentially give the enemy back manpower to continue the war with but this isn’t right. It’s too far. What happened here is an example of going too far. It’s no longer destroying the enemy’s resources, it’s a massacre.
You can hear it in the soundtrack! What it conveys is “What you’re doing here isn’t right, it’s horrifyingly wrong.” But of course, good soldiers ALWAYS have to follow orders right? Even when what you’re doing is immoral and wrong… right? It makes you think “Are you really the good guy?” “Is what you’re doing really necessary?” (At least that’s how I see it.) This mission makes you realize that the Feds aren’t the good guys at all. And it gets nailed in even harder in the final mission. That’s all I have to say.
This part of the mission made me almost cry. Woodward tried his hardest to get those that survived back home to their families but all the Feds gave him is what amounted to “No Russian” and killed the survivors to a man. Not a single ounce of mercy given. Yes they’re the enemy. But they’re still human beings! They didn’t deserve this. This was merciless butchery. Not war. They didn’t have to die. If I remember correctly by that point in the mission it was only trucks left. They had no ability to fight back. Yet the Feds went and decided, “Hmm, nah. Kill them all. >:)”
Oh how much I wanted to reach through the screen and strangle the Fed that made that decision after that.
In fact I wished to bathe their entire nation in holy nuclear hellfire more than I ever did beforehand for them causing a second calamity.
Exactly. Too bad so many people don't see that because of their blind obedience to Cascadia. But fret not! There are those of us who do realize the Federation's innocence here! Besides, refusing a ceasefire is not a war crime.

Although I'm a little saddened that Frontline-59 was released for PS only(so far), what I'm really excited for is that this means we get to hear more of Jose Pavil's amazing work.
Listening to this made me feel like I'm an ACE in the skies out for blood in the middle of an adrenaline rush filled dogfight dodging missiles left and right laying waste to any enemy target that is unfortunate enough to cross my sights. Amazing as always!

This is definitely sounds like the track from the cut "Pride of a nation" mission (some kind of transition between "Presidia" and "Kings" where we should fight against the Peacekeepers until only Monarch and Crimson 1 left in the sky)
