Nice! Great video. I have tapped several GM Saginaw boxes on the valve body with great results. Another good thread sealant I have used is Locktite 545. I also used a NPTF (National Pipe Thread Fuel) tap instead of a NPT tap. So far leak free and works great.
Thanks for the detailed discussion of the ports with the cut away view. I am going to do this on a chevy box but it helped me better visualize where i want to place ports.

The box was a Cardone re-engineered box for a 2005 f250.
