Beautiful boat indeed ! This boat was rebuilt by Dave and Rudy from auburn California
No, this boat was not built by Dave & Rudy. Clay Thompson of Altus, Ok restored this boat from a "basket case" condition.
But Dave & Rudy have done some beautiful boats!!

Are engine Chris Craft MCL 175 hp?
I believe, and I truly hope they are twin Cadillacs. Nothing like massive, powerful, American iron in such an elegant boat. Effortless thrust.
A lot of them came with FOrd FE 427 Side oilers. Have no idea about this CC though.

they could be so beautiful-these playthings for rich old men-if they hadn't decided on the awful, hideous turquoise color of the seats.I have never been able to understand it.

I agree and should I acquire a Riva, the first order would be for dark red (ox blood) upholstery.

For my Riva, the ideal name: Aquarama Super Cadillac. Imagine two 500 hp Cadillacs throbbing effortless power on Iseo or Como.
