    The film will not run through mt ET 2760 it either jams or runs through with no printing. I can get it to print on my Epson 15000 but the colors do not seem very bright

      Oh no! I have a 2720 and no issue but you can try taping a piece of copier paper to the back of the DTF with painters tape. People with a sawgrass have to do this and it works for them

    Hey Hun Thank you for making this video, after seeing you do yours I had the courage to do my first dtf design, Print and press. I did have to masking tape a sheet of copy paper behind my film for the printer to see it. and I used butcher paper and I think it robbed me of some heat so I tried just the teflon sheet and it worked.

    Did I hear you right? It sounded like you said 490 for 60 seconds. If you use that high of a temp when sublimating polyester shirts, you are going to be scorching the shirts. I have found that 400 (exact, not what the press is telling you) with very light pressure. Then place parchment over the print, tighten the tension by 1/4 turn and press again for 15 seconds to remove the paper lines. I've never had any sublimation ink bleed through the layers, and I've done 100's of them just this year alone. The better way to sublimate on cotton is a product called Fuze.

      This is used on Cotton, the powder helps the transfer adhere to the cotton shirt. If it was polyester, you wouldn't use powder and DTF film.

    So what's the difference between using a regular Jolee's or other transfer paper ? Thank u great video

    • @onpointaccents
      @onpointaccents  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      In general transfer paper doesn’t hold up over a long period of time.
      It cracks and fades easily. I would say you could use that for things like needing fast matching shirts for birthday party’s and things that you won’t be keeping to wear over and over. I also would not sell anything with transfer paper because it doesn’t hold up that well. The only one I have used that held up was Starcraft. Thanks for watching my videos
