I bought a 2024 JGC L Overland with the V6. I have no idea why we keep hearing about lack of power as that is absolutely false. This vehicle is used for my business at which I drive for Uber. In just one and one half months I have placed 10k miles on the vehicle. Very strong unit with great fuel economy (averaging 20-22mpg mixed). I would recommend and do to anyone!!!! Go V6 with no regrets…
I completely agree with you. I just had one as a rental. When I picked it up and drove up to 60 mph I couldn't tell what motor was in it, as it didn't feel anywhere close to being underpowered like some say. The only thing I thought was I didn't hear the V8 growl. Took a road trip with 5 people and the back loaded to the roof with luggage. Never felt underpowered. Running 80-85mph with traffic slowdowns and mpg averaged about 23. No it doesn't have the torque of the V8 but it's nowhere underpowered. I also own a 2020 Chrysler 300 with the 3.6
Got a 2023 GCL Overland and instantly fell in love with it. Cant's complain about anything about this V-6 off-road capable premium ride apart from the MPG after putting approximately 5k miles on it.
@RevMatchTV Yeah, wifee had a 19 Wrangler and loved it , but took a test drive on the GC and instantly fell in love with it and she test drove the Laredo 2x4. But The thing is super smooth riding and very ,very fancy inside super comfortable for our fam of 5 we Love the fam camera, we also got it with the bench middle seat not captain seats wich it will seat 7 and not 6. Only complaint I have from it is that feels a little too soft on the suspension side, like the body rolls a little if you push it a little other than that it's a dream to drive, super quiet and super smooth on the road. Great video man!!
@RevMatchTV you did great man,my wife was impressed when you were going up that hill, now she is like let's go off-road lol,I am nope we have atvs and dirtbikes for that hahahaa
Saw a bunch of these at the Jeep booth at this year’s Chicago Autoshow. Extremely impressed by what Chrysler was able to pull off with these. Definitely a fan, but *way* out of my price range 😂
You looked really good in that blazer man, definitely see you in this pulling your supra to the track! Honestly, I’ve had a citadel durango with the 5.7 and I’ve driven an srt with the 6.4, the Durango and now this wagoneer should just come factory with the 6.4…even a detuned version for ‘better fuel mileage’, the 5.7 is solid, but these are big SUV’s! They could use a little more pep in their step if you know what I mean…otherwise gorgeous, and capable!
nice.. ,like the v8, long wheel base, cargo space , jeep makes you buy the top 3 trims to get a v8 ,can save $15k and go for a v8 tahoe but I have no need for a 7-9 passenger family wagon for 2
Traded in my 14 overland with quadralift issues air suspensions is nice once you hit 100k it cost you money I mean 12k money so I went for a limited L velevet black no air suspensions ever again
@@tedkite4684 They just invested $1.6B into upgrading and expanding two plants. Too early imho to call reliability as it’s barely into customer hands yet. The build quality to my eyes and hands is top notch, but we’ll have to see how it fares after a few years.

Awesome! Jeep really stepped up their game!

@@thumbgas888 Thanks and glad you're enjoying it. I thought I should torture test since no one else had!

Just picked ours up 3 hours ago. Impressed everyone, and my family is already out in it now.
I recently bought a Jeep GCL Overland. I really liked your video. Thanks!

It’s a very impressive vehicle! Everything but the base gets leather.
The Laredo starts at low 40s. Not bad for an SUV
One of the nicest interiors on the market right now...But PLEASE offer a vinyl wood trim option!
The one I had was real wood. I’m not sure on lower trims
@@revmatchtv Oh, I should've mentioned I meant the vinyl wood trim on the SIDES of the car like the old Grand Wagoneers!

Yeah - this new one is really solid and capable. The 6.4 would be great in this.
Very good vid 👍

Oh man
Engine options are a disappointment, but super clear exterior/int
I'm sure they will add more options over time as production ramps up. The new platform is designed with that in mind.
DOA
Why?
@@revmatchtv build quality is questionable
