I have a table tennis that was given free on FB Market place. The owners were playing and the bottom MDF peeled off just like that of yours, also caused some metal undercarriage parts to bend. I used very fine sawdust pulps mixed with wood glue (consistency of peanut butter) to fill all gaps and holes, put plastic bags, then plywood, the weights on top of those. after 24 hours I removed the weights, plywood and plastic, sanded them smooth and painted. They look almost the same to the undamaged area.
