Do you have a list of products and mule model. We have a railroad style counter weighted gate..and maybe the mule’s larger ram might work…we would like to see who is entering after the gate alarm goes off..very similar distance issues…and of course off grid…
will have to dig that up for you…. bear in mind it’s not always the most reliable because… internet… but it’s their standard wifi control connected to their opener. It seems like it connects through their opener to our wifi at the house, then to the internet through their app. Often gets laggy, like it’s waiting on their “server” to communicate with out gate then letting the “app” know what the status is. When you give it a command, it sometimes seems to “think about it” for a minute or so before the gate moves. As for the cameras the key is first getting with Ayrstone. get line of sight from their unit to the cameras… they are a great help, the owner even chimed in on emails to help debug what we were trying to build with the cameras.
we have to credit Ayrmesh. the system is working great from the house. the cheap antennas on the cameras definitely struggle, and the cheap “extender” antennas actually seem to lower the signal (they work better for “reaching” a few feet using their longer wires to get above or around an obstacle like through a metal wall to the outside…. we are looking at Yagi’s to bump the signal up, but so far gotta say they haven’t been needed at about 1000 feet. you can tell the gate controller lags, and sometimes the cameras are a little laggy, but alerts come through reliably.
it’s been a pain in the butt… first attempt the batteries failed after about 9 months, then it seemed like the Solar wasn’t keeping up. looking at adding panels this spring and updating everyone.
Its the Google Algorithm playing with your head. This topic "pops" up because you're shopping for parts, researching how-to. Yeah, all of a sudden, everyone has a patch of land that needs security and we're all telling you which gadget is the best one. Why is it, that you cannot find answers anymore without using a computer? No one has a catalog anymore?
Thanks! New to arystone technology for WiFi at gate in Oregon.

Got to warn you about those rural king exide batteries. They leak and ruin electronics. They don’t even last a year, lost some flashlights.
I am sure this is no longer needed but i would suggest directional antennas.
cameras working pretty good with the whole farm wifi… the gate… kinda hit and miss. great advice though!
Use Yagi antennas for video back to the house and it will be 5 times bettrr.

Please chime in and share your system performance…name and model….we have a distance…1200’ or so straight line thru a creek channel with trees…
Nice!
Thanks!
what's with the random jump cuts of music in and out...?
Awesome
try to water seal the antenna contractions

Hi
hello and thanks for watching
