- DAY 18. Are you ever tired of holding on? Of trying to figure out your life? Feeling like you're in a constant state of fight or flight? That's where I am this morning. People living with chronic illness often push so hard and get exhausted by life. We can compromise who we are to have our needs met. And we often think the solution is in doing more and we look outside of ourselves for peace and security. But we also know it can only be found within.

So many things to say! I'm trying not to explode! I connected with almost everything you said! I was just dumped by the man who kept a roof over mine and our sons head. My disability was to much for him to handle. I have no way of surviving by myself. At least not until my long list of surgeries is complete. I don't know how to go on from here. But I will listen to your story and try to believe that I too will have the strength to go on someday.

Unfortunately, Michigan is a little too far. Also I would feel too far from my husband who's in Colorado in case his health takes a turn. I need to see how things go with the next scans. But OMG, thank you, thank you, thank you.🙏
Prayer around you to have everything you require in your and your sons time of need. For some reason these things take place at the most inoportune times but with some unknown reason in the moment. Faith it 🙏🤍✨
