@@vibhabantanur3395 I agree that it's a balancing act, but in essence the other commenter is right, its much easier to hang when you're light even if you have to make an extremely slightly harder movement as you can just mitigate that by swinging more. Babies, little kids and skinny people can hang for ages

The heavier you are the harder you have to work to do it. Not a massive issue if you have the muscles for it, but it's cause of that thin people who are fit have an easier time than bulkier people who are also fit

I will never forget this. I did this in 2017. I am terrified of water and I did this with my company and to help me get over my fear. I cried a few times and when it came to this obstacle I sat there paralyzed. I have to get a good jump to reach the bars and then I swung to the next…holding on for dear life. I had a death grip on those bars. Had the entire area cheering for me…it was a memorable moment. 💪🏾 get it girl!
