It's really these people's own faults for choosing to spend such obscene amounts of money on a wedding event. The average cost of a wedding event in America is like $50,000, and what on Earth justifies a wedding event being that expensive, these folks and like you accurately said mostly the brides want their weddings to be so elaborate that it leads to the event being insanely expensive. It is possible to have a wedding event for $1000, if you need to rent a venue there's rec centers, church buildings, etc, those are low cost, have a small number of family and close friends from each side, some food and beverages, and a photographer, and that's it. Go to city hall, and hire a justice of the peace, and then a simple reception after that. Photography services are the only that does make sense to spend significant money on because of course you will want good photos to remember the event by, and pass that on to children, and grand children, but catering services, and wedding planning services, and all the rest of that is unnecessary.

As for the picture with someone else taking a pic at the same time that's on her to tell her guests they aren't allowed to photograph since they have professional photographers
Are you kidding? This is nowhere near the first case that a husband (or wife) has not shown up for. Some people can’t get time off from work, or they stay home to take care of the kids. Some people trust their spouse to handle the case alone. Some people would probably rather die than appear on TV! And of course there are times when the spouse stays home because they don’t agree with the one who is suing someone. Or maybe they agree but can’t deal with the anxiety.

Usually if you are going to sue over a contract, there has to be a *material* breach. When they say "approximately 90s days" and it ends up being 2 weeks later, but you still get everything that you paid for, there's no way you are going to win a lawsuit unless you can show that time was of the essence and you suffered some great harm. This lady just had to wait a little longer and thought she deserved free wedding photos + $$$ extra because of it? Give me a break!
I guess the plaintiff did not get as much wedding gift as she expected. Some people think wedding is like a business, where it has to make a profit. If it was a loss, then recoup money by suing a vendor for service dissatisfaction. Food and pictures vendors are easy targets.
I wouldn’t work for a bride if I had no other options, I turn to pan handling. Almost every bride that I’ve ever know of ruins her own “special” day complaining about everything! Most come up with the most outrageous and over the top wedding themes, spend more money than most even have, because they are such narcissists. Half the time the reception lasts longer than the marriage and if I were these photographers, wedding planners, caterers, venue people etc. I would have my lawyer create such an iron clad contract and make the bride and groom sign a final document claiming to be 100% thrilled with everything, because that is the moment they are still trying to impress all of the people at their wedding so much that they would sign, and then let them just take you to court and lose when they start regretting how much they spent.

This lady is crazy ( the plaintiff). She is being ridiculous
way to old to be getting married. no point at her age.
10 hours on your feet with a heavy camera around your neck...Um, that's your job you signed up for 🙄. Stop giving these types of people your business who act like they're doing you a favor when they've been PAID to do a job. I seriously doubt they're that unprofessional, combative, and just nasty to all their customers lacking customer service skills - they just reserve that BS for certain clients... Stop giving them your business.
She give charge back vibes
It’s the gimme gimme gimme culture … she’s looking for ‘reparations’ 🙄🙄🙄
One word - BRIDEZILLA !
How ridiculous
Plaintiff wanted a payday! smh. Does anyone know where the judge gets her earrings??
She shouldn't get all the photos. You don't award someone like this.
The ONLY good thing about the cancel is that we don't have to hear Harvey ask if brides are unreasonable anymore. This case is definitely an unreasonable bride - but some of the others are women who are trying to contest that their contracts with vendors are met.
Eek I feel like fucking with your photographer before you get your _(wedding!!)_ photos back is like messing with the waitress before you get your food.... you're just NOT getting the last laugh 🤦♂️
Okay for the first 00.30 watch the jury girl on the plaintiff side in the green dress… wtf is she doing?
I wonder if the food sucked to
The plaintiff was a bridzilla
Totally agree on this one 💯
Plaintiff won’t be married long
If a company doesn’t uphold their 90 day policy, a credit or compensation should be offered, it’s called integrity. The amount requested in the lawsuit was ridiculous but I’m side eyeing the defendants, as well.
I agree
The plaintiff is mental
That privilege didn't do what she thought it would. That must've been a real blow! 🙄🙄🙄
The girl in the green behind the plaintiff is annoying
She was sick with 105 for 6 months?!? The photographer was lazy & didn’t use her time wisely!!!
That is ridiculous!!!!!! Apparently there ARE black Karen’s lol!
😂😂😂
Yeah but their name is Shenequa...lmbo
There were 2 photos out of 400 that she didn't like, waa haa boo hoo, OMG so unreasonable. She could always photoshop a bouquet of flowers over the person in the corner taking a photo. At 5:23 the only photo we see is pretty basic, nothing 'professional' about it at all, the lighting is terrible, yet the plaintiff wasn't even complaining about the quality, just that one of her guests was taking a photo in the photo...
Money grabber, as the judge stated she needed money to offset her expenses.. too bad . Great case
Exactly why I stopped event photography. Working for people is annoying.
