Welcome to my village house! My mom is here with me in this beautiful spring day.
Today I'm going to cook a super delicious dish called Dolma! It's made of different thimgs,but today I'm going to make it with fresh Grape Leaves of our own garden.My mom helps me to cook them and she is very good and fast at it! Dolma(Dolme) is a great food that many nations cook it and they love it.They say that is a Turkish cuisine that comes from Ottoman empire.It is very popular in Iran,Turkey,Azerbaijan,Armenia,Egypt,Caucasus,Iraq,libya,Balkans,Middle east and ...
It is made of diferent stuff and spices that place into a grape leaf and then it will cook again.in Iran it is called Dolme(دلمه برگ مو ).I hope you like this video💗

The persian cooking technique is always extremely elaborate. The motto seems to be, the more steps and the more ingredients, the better... The result is not always convincing, because the dishes tend to be overcooked and loaded with too many different tastes... But their kebabs on skewers and their chicken with saffron-rice are among the best dishes of world-cuisine...
