Hello my dear friends! 😍💖 This is my Nineth video! 💋
This video was filmed about a month ago,but we were too busy to edit it and upload it on the channel untill today.So you an see a little snow on the ground!😊
Persian Pan Kebab or as we call it Kabab Tabei,is a popular meat meal in Iran that we usually eat it with rice(Pilaf) and tomato and pepper and salad.Sometimes we serve it without pilaf,and eat it with some kinds of breads like with Lavash.In this cold day of the end of winter,we made a fire in the yard of our country house and cooked the pan kebab on the sadj that we set it on the fire.Also I cooked the pilaf on a very old oil stove in the yard.And I made a simple salad too.
All Iranian people do Love fire!specially when you live in the countryside you like to use fire to make things whenever you can.I hope you enjoy this video 🥰
