  • Superstar comedian / actor Eddie Izzard graced the Popcorn Taxi stages on a recent Aussie tour for a special screening of his documentary 'Believe: The Eddie Izzard Story'. The films director Sarah Townsend was also available to discuss - often frankly, Eddie's drive to achieve the success that for many years so eluded him.

He men tioned the passing of his mother, as a child you assume someone gets ill then gets better but suddenly she wasn`t there any more. Paul McCartney had that same childhood experience.

I agree he's fucking fantastic! What actually happened was is he was touring the same show after the dvd had been released, an and advertising cock up implied it was all new material, but those who had seen the dvd would obviously recognize the material.
But yeah, I can watch his material over and over again and I will piss myself every time:')

Amazing. I missed all this challange as I detest Anne Robinson. Eddie should set his comedy to music. You don't hear complaints about bands who play 'old' songs at Gigs - quite the opposite as people go there to hear thier favourite. Works for Tim Minchin without any issues.
