Not really - Glory longed for hell and was cast out into a better place - Buffy longed for heaven and was cast out into a worse place. Then again, from Glory's point of view, hell was a better place - but they still longed to be in opposite places.
Still, feel as Dawn being the key, they missed putting on an opportunity to have Dawn as a key as a very powerful character. They low-key missed putting on a major arc there. She could have been a key character, throughout all of the seasons, remaining.
To be honest, I never understood how Buffy dying destroyed the key. I know Dawn was made from Buffy's blood, but she was a separate entity. The key was energy concealed within Dawn, not something that was in Buffy's blood.

In the Buffy/Angel comics, was the identify of the two other Hellgods Glory ruled with ever revealed? Did they make an appearance in the comics as other “lesser” big bads?

Yea after season 5 her only arc was growing her bond greater with buffy

They could have done with Glory, just like they should have done more with Illyria. Both were bat 💩 crazy but good characters, nevertheless.
