I really like this video and the steps were easy to follow. I'm in my 40s , and I want to dance too! Dancing seems to be the only thing that keeps my interest when it comes to working out. Hopefully I can keep doing this, but I need to find dance routines that are easy on my joints. If possible, can you please put out more of these types of videos?
