Provide a basking spot they do bask sometimes. Not too hot around 90-95. I feed mine small fish, bloodworms, shrimp. They are pretty hardy turtles for having a Softshell

In my backyard, there is a pond. There are all kinds of turtles that live in the pond. We feed them every evening. My fav is the softshell. All the turtles are there waiting for us when we walk over. Its like they know what time we come. (6:00-6:30p) That's pretty smart, huh?
