It`s not common to find a content creator who can join things like technical prowess ASMR vibes, aestheticly pleasing objects and usefull tools in one flawless video after another, using reasonably common tools and materials. And yet, here we are... As usual, excelent work, a joy to watch. Greetings from Argentina.

The idea of a demountable router table is also brilliant - a real space-saver as well as being able to easily take it to on-site jobs, and your cross-fence design is really neat. All executed with your usual precision and attention to detail. Thank you.

Wow phenomenal video. It was educational without words. Slow and steady and organized. Thank you so much for taking the time to teach me. I'm a beginner, and more often then not, the things I want to build are intimidating enough to convince me out of even trying. Whether it is not having the right tools, or enough space to work in, I lack the confidence and humility to try and then fail. I definitely feel inspired having watched your video. So thank you.

The small dots on it are little diffusors to realize light emission over the hole surface. Now you got it for free. Just add some leds😉

Some great stuff here. This solves my most pressing problem, that is, having no space for a full sized router table, however, I can't get such fantastic wood products where I live without spending a bloody fortune to import them from overseas. The plastic for the insert I can get easily, and I don't have to destroy an old monitor to get it, but I do applaud the reuse of old materials if it will keep them out of the local landfills. Finally, if you don't have an air conditioned shop like the one in the video then I recommend a coat or two of polyurethane to keep the humidity from expanding the wood in damp weather.

Addendum: I recently found a Dell 24" monitor in the trash. It yielded the clear panel shown here, but it was only 3 mm thick. More importantly, before I had a chance to use it, it crazed and warped badly entirely on its own while it was standing in a corner of my shop. Although it hasn't broken into pieces and still appears to be as rigid as plexiglass, it now looks like a warped piece of smashed safety glass. Also, online exploded views usually refer to this panel as a "rear glass panel" not a "rear plastic panel" for some reason. If the one you have is actually glass and not plastic, it probably won't take kindly to a saw blade. I suggest caution when salvaging these parts.

Addendum to the Addendum: The Dell 24" monitor's clear panel was actually acrylic, though how it crazed on one side only I have no idea. I have since found another trashed 24" monitor, a Samsung, and it had the 6mm thick panel as seen in the video. The difference seems to be in the type of backlight. Older monitors with CCFL backlight tubes will have the 6mm thick panel while newer monitors with LED backlights will have the 3mm thick ones. At least that's been my experience.

It packs flat, but only through disassembly. If it was hinged with locking catches it would be more convenient.

Not just woodwork, a work of art !?
