3:29 Does that hole in the distal portion of the blade near the spine have a purpose? It looks like it might run completely through the blade 🧐

Hi ElCapAddict I can answer a couple of those The Midgard Messer Carbine hole does go all the way through the blade ,the slide goes into it about 2 inches securing it from closing. The rest of the hole remains empty.
It's a regular ultratech a way to tell is the bottom 2 screws are in line on the utx 85 the bottom screws are offset. Hope that helps . Maybe Drew will be doing a review of them later 🐊🏴☠️
