I think holding up a conversation is something we'd like to know more of. Shyness is also another one you could cover. How to be bold the right way.
Conversation comes with how widely informed you are and how quickly you can think on your toes. Sometimes however, not talking can win you the woman you want. Gauge the situation. For instance, if there is a guy or guys in the table who are too talkative to an irritating level, you shut your beak for the most time, come out as different from him/them and you will win the woman hands down
If you ask questions that require more than a yes/no, you won't have to speak as much. Then ask good follow up questions.
Dont cover shyness work on in but dont cover it :D

I've listened to a lot... l mean A LOT of advice and tips online for over a decade now but Jessie's (if you don't mind), tips and advice just resonates withing your soul. Stumbled on this vid and WOW such mindful and good feedback! I will say though that a lot of men shouldn't beat themselves up too bad about perfecting these attributes (as on point as they are). Because honestly, most women aren't at all that interesting or awesome. We tend to assign so much value to how good they look, that we imagine we must be perfect in order to deserve them. But the fact is, many women who look good, only look good. And not just women, this is true for men too. People born with a wealth of attraction are never tested in ways that help them to develop character. So they rarely have anything awesome beyond the face, because life has never required them to have anything more. Whereas plain looking people, have had no choice, and are typically the ones stacking on accomplishment, experience, personality, emotional work. Don't beat yourselves up, a lot of time they just look nice lol.

Well said. Jessica also does not represent all women, so men need to keep that in mind as well. I spent 20 years with somebody that I was not a good fit with and will not repeat the same mistake. I was not happy with myself because my woman wanted me to be somebody else. Trying to fit a mold was not sustainable or healthy, for me anyway. Now I'm alone, but happier than ever because I've learned to like myself for who I am, and change the parts I don't like to the best of my ability. If I attract a suitable match, great! If not, also great!

You're absolutely right ✅ Jessica but the one biggest thing I have noticed is, a man's confidence is really what knocks a woman off her feet. I have seen a lady fall for a not so attractive guy. The guy was dressed simple, he was not what ladies will see as handsome (atleast in my opinion), but the dude was radiating self confidence in his speech, the guy will often strike jokes that often got ladies laughing their lungs out. I saw ladies getting drawn closer to him and that showed me that one may not have much but if they have self confidence, they have everything.
I don't consider myself as overly confident, but have always take losses to cocky assholes that didn't have to be well dressed, handsome, employed, or even in good physical shape.

Gentlemen, like many things we as men have to face in life, shyness is something we have to be intentional about. Some of us have to work on our boldness and confidence every second, and some have to be mindful that we walk into rooms and conversations shy and you may just need a mindset change. But we all have the power to overcome it. Mine was my mindset that needed to change. I used to be the youngest and smallest kid in the room growing up, so I always saw myself as being inferior. But once I grew up, and gained knowledge and identified the shyness, I faced it, I'm veeeery confident and have been able to dominate even against opponents at work who unfairly attacked me. I give myself an 8 as far as masculinity. I really appreciate this video, as all of Jessica's videos are pretty informative. I just want to say, that I've actually met some pretty faces with nothing to talk about. Odd thing is, i see relatively a lot of non-alfa males with more dominant women. I also see lots of masculine and more dominant guys, being single. Because they are dominant and women dont want that?
